My daughter, ******* ******* has braces put on at this location in July 2024, during that time she made all appointments. I paid $500 of the service in **** and the business took monthly payments until I switched banks, they were given the information from my daughter, but come to find out the receptionist took down the information incorrectly. My daughter lives in ****** and so Yukon was a drive for her to make appointments, and Madisyn felt her mouth was getting worse with her teeth feeling "weird". We consulted another ************ who compared her original xrays before the braces went on, and of her teeth now, and her teeth have now slanted. She had to have the incorrect braces removed and is now in the correct braces, but now she is having to fix the mistake the first ************ made. I have spoke with a person named **** at Dental Depot and he confirmed that they had problems with the ************ and he was no longer with them. When he left the clinic the patient's that were under his care were continues with a new ************ who did not ensure that the work was done correctly. I have made several attempts to contact a regional manager, but a lady named "****" refuses the information. This is a complete disregard of patient care, and I paid for a service that was done incorrectly, and in turn has cost more time and money to fix the mistake that was made. I have all of the xrays, and communication regarding this incident. I want Dental Depot to refund the money that was paid to them for the services, as well as pay for the correction their Provider rendered.

We were going to get a partial for my husband and some other work that he was to get a pill for anxiety before the procedure. First time they did not have the pill ready so we rescheduled them the next appt came and again they did not have the pill again. With their office not being capable of getting his meds before the procedure we chose to go somewhere else. They are charging us lab fees for not going through with due to their negligence and us going to a dependable provider. I had to miss work twice for both times they did not follow through with their responsibility. Now they want me to pay for their mistake.

On 2.22.25 I had an infected tooth extracted at the dental depot in ******** ********. Since then the have been very sick and continue to have other teeth get infected. On the day, the tooth was extracted the dentist disregarded my pain and failed to call me in any antibiotic which I believe led to theinfection spreading. I then went to the *************************** 23rd and found out the tooth was not healing properly, so she treated it as a dry socket and cleaned out all the tissue that was there for it to attempt to regrow back and prescribe me ******* with ******* and antibiotics. The extractions I finally got better, but the infection has spread to the other side of my mouth which resulted in me needing a root canal. I told the dentist repeatedly of whats been going on, but I dont feel like he really listened because he prescribed me the same antibiotics that Ive already taken that didnt work. So now after another painful root canal because theres an infection, I am left filling, unheard and abandoned. I am an extreme pain. I dont feel good. My body hurts. My head hurts. My face hurts. They said they will not call me in anything else for the pain because they called something in yesterday even though it is not working I amallergic to *********** and that was called in and caused me to start having breathing issues. I really question if the dentist there are actual dentist because of such poor care that I am receiving. Each appointment is rushed. I barely have any time with the dentist. They didnt even give me any post root canal instructions. Also the root canal that they did and put a feeling temporary filling in crumbled and I had to go 24 hours with nothing protecting that space it has made everything worse. This has been the worst dental experience in my entire life. I have also developed heart related issues as in irregular heartbeat and chest pain, since the tooth extraction.

First of all, you guys make it so **** hard to make it a bad review. I’ve been dead wrong with your company. I went to a differentdentist. He confirmed that you guys did wrong. I shouldn’t have done the stuff that you guys did because it caused more problems or it wasn’t gonna be fixed it’s be an ongoing thing. Yes, charge my insurance for work. You didn’t do that dental Depo is wanting me to call my insurance and have them pay for the stuff thatthey didn’t do before I get any kind of reimbursement or give me $700. I paid $12,000 in my pocket

I went in 7/11/24 to repair a filling that had fallen out a few days prior. I thought it was odd that they immediately started taking X-rays when I had no pain or problems with my teeth, and I just had them done a few months prior for a routine cleaning. Their biller came in with a piece of paper and said at most I’d owe $142 for today’s visit if insurance didn’t cover it, but that they ran my insurance and I’d only have to pay $36 upfront. I paid the $36 and said that’s fine. Few weeks later I get hit with a $262 bill. They had actually snuck in a “preventative exam” in addition to my repair visit. I was not there for a preventative exam or X-rays, and they never asked for my permission to do so. This amount was also not reflected on the billing sheet I was given in the office prior to receiving treatment, which I have copies of. So since I just had a cleaning done, it got denied and now they’re trying to collect for both. If they had actually ran my insurance they would have seen that a preventative exam wasn’t going to be covered that day. Like I told them previously, I didn’t mind paying for the repair, but I am not paying for a preventative exam I didn’t ask for or need. I’ve called this office multiple times and keep getting told someone from their “billing department” will call me back. NO ONE has ever called me back. I’ve called a total of almost 10 times. I’ve spoken with an ******, a male receptionist, and *** who told me they shouldn’t have done that and I wouldn’t be responsible for anything aside from the repair charges I was given in writing. All I had to do was wait to hear from their biller, who never called me. Not sure how $140 turned into $262. It also doesn’t reflect the $36 I paid when I was there. All they did was resend the bill for the same amount a month later with no contact or explanation / itemization of costs

I scheduled an emergency appointment last week. Was not given proper information from the provider. So when they sent me a survey I answered honestly. With how I felt this miscommunication was going. They now canceled my very emergent and important appointment without notice at the last second. These are the only a few in network providers for me. So unfortunately these people are who I have to choose. After I told them I was keeping the appointment but not going to schedule more appointments after that because of the miscommunication. I get then told they are canceling my very important appointment where I may now loose my teeth all because of the negative review on the survey and because I was being honest about how I was being treated…. Where is the accountability for patients. I now have to pay a lot of extra money I don’t have to an out of network provider for an emergency appointment that is not going to be covered by insurance so I can try and keep my teeth. If I loose my teeth I may have grounds for a lawsuit. How is this acceptable to do all because of a survey. I never once complained to them, they asked my opinion and I gave it and they returned it with a cancellation at the last second. I took time off work for that appointment as well. Are they going to give back my PTO as well. There has to be some accountability, how can they do this. We get charged if we cancel, how can they legally do this?

I called their corporate office 9 different times with 9 separate requests for an office manager or member of management to call me back regarding our Childs bill. They continue to put me on hold and leave me on hold for ***** minutes, I have been "personally guaranteed" 7 times that I would get a call back and I have yet to get a call back. I call every day and now they either will not answer my calls or just tell me someone will call me back or put me on hold and never call back. I am trying to resolve a bill and they refuse to speak to me but want me to pay. I cannot pay for something that we did not have done, and they are trying to charge us for an oral surgery when our child went in for a cleaning. This is extremely predatory behavior and I feel like this company is up to something they shouldn't be as they are refusing to speak to me about what THEY charged our insurance. I have called their corporate office, their corporate attorney, 2 different locations.

I was billed for a procedure I never had. I called the billing department several times and the office billing me but was turned over to Millenium and received negative comments on my credit report.

The first time visiting this doctor was March 23, 2024. It was an emergency visit and we were scheduled for several return visits to correct the problem. My child's tooth had broken and the dentist said that it was a 3-step procedure. At this first visit he killed the nerve. At the second visit a root canal was done and a temporary crown put on. We came in for the third visit for the permanent crown and the technician said the crown was not the correct color for my child and that they would remake it. He placed the crown on and said it was temporary. We have been waiting for two months to have the permanent tooth installed. Meanwhile the temporary crown has fallen off. When I have contacted the office they act like they don't know what I am talking about. I have attached several documents including a more thorough account of what happened, the statements of the charges *************** account and Care Credit account), and the only communication we ever received from Dental Depot (original email). We paid this dentist $1892, which was quoted as the total amount for all the procedures involved and the job has not been completed.

I had a scheduled appointment on 5/1/24 at 8:30am. I confirmed my appointment a couple of days prior. When I came in this morning at 8:15 am I was told they would not see me for canceling appointments in the past. I said *** followed the rule on calling to reschedule twice. I called at least 48 hours prior to my appts. They stated its at least 24 hours. I explained thats why Ive called 48 hours in advance. I was wanting to establish here but its unfortanate to have to miss a couple of hours of work just to come in and be told I will not be seen.
