!BED BUGS BEWARE!!! We were placed in room 114 seen the reviews and thought this was a good hotel. Boy were we mistaken!! After getting settled seen several bites face, arms, back etc. we lifted the mattress and seen a beg bug crawling on the mattress. Luggage was open near the bed. Went to the front desk we didnt say anything as she seen our face and seen the bites on our face. She refunded our money back. What was concerning was that she never said anything, no shock, nothing, we asked nicely if she was aware that she had bed bugs in her hotel after not acknowledging us as we came in just refunded. She said I am giving you your money back I see the bites on your face in a very angry tone. Mind you this was the first thing anything was said in our interactions. It was 1am in the morning and we had to 1. Leave hotel with bedbugs 2. Hoping another hotel will take us. 3 all our belongings will have to be thrown out out or inspected. There was no common courtesy and I have not heard from the hotel how they are going to fix the damages with my clothes, shoes, vehicle and having to leave at 1:30am in the morning tired and have to be on the road for 9hours. The disrespect from the front desk staff, the damages to my property and the money I will have to spend to find another hotel, and clothes I will have to get rid of plus my vehicle inspected. Needless to say I do not recommend this hotel! From the front desk response this has happened before and nothing is being done to fix the problem. I am concerned and now my property is destroyed and because of the bed bug bite I have a bad reaction.
