This company started out great! Then, the longer we rented the house we just moved out of their customer service went down hill fast. They took longer and longer to return phone calls or wouldn't return phone calls at all. When it came to repairs that needed to be done, that was like pulling teeth. The winter of 2021 we went without a working heater and only had space heaters. In November of 2021 we reported the heater again and we had to repeatedly message or call them to get an answer as to when we would have someone out to look at it. They had to order a part and because of COVID they were on back order. We didn't get our heater up and running until the end of the winter in 2022. We had a back heater and was told they would do some checking and get quotes to replace it and we were told that the entire time we lived there so the back of the house was ALWAYS cold. One weekend our toilet backed up into the bath tub and because it was Friday they wouldn't have anyone to come and take of the bathroom because they didn't deem an emergency. Although we couldn't use either bathroom and we have two children under the age of 14. We had to go all weekend without a working bathroom. This business has no business renting properties if they are not going to take care of their tenants. I do believe leaving some of their tenants with problems that keep them from living a daily life and functioning at full capacity is or can be deemed as against the law.
