Hello, I took out a $900 loan with this company when my mom became sverrly ill and my work hours were drastically cut. I have paid them $1500 so far, and still owe over $700 as of today on this loan. I just would like a fair compromise. The ****** has been learned the hard way for me, but I've already paid more then what I owed and this just isn't fair. Mom had loan with company but died un her sleep on April 6th. I called and informed withuloans of her passing and emailed death certificate as requested. Representative stated loan would be cancelled and no further withdrawls from account would be taken. Well today payment again processed. I called and was given run around. Taking money from a dead womens account... unbelievable.Business response

I took out a large interest rate loan on 4/11/24. I borrowed $2,000 at 485%. Between the 11th and 18th I paid down my principal to $750. On 4/19/24 a $389.99 contractual payment was deducted. That payment went 100% to WithU. They applied $0 to the **** When I inquired I was told that my contractual payments do not go to principal. That is not a loan, that is a hidden fee. I did not agree to give them $389.99 every two weeks to take as a fee. I agreed to pay that as an amortized loan with a high rate to pay it down.Business response

I took out a loan with the company & fully understood the contract, interest, payments, everything. I got the loan because I needed the money right away, but knew Id have it paid back shortly after taking it out because I was expecting money, I just needed it sooner. My issue is, Id like to know they didn't rip me off money when I paid off the loan. I've reached out numerous times asking why they took away my option to view the payments when they closed the loan & keep getting replies that aren't even anywhere near the response they should be giving. One of the last payments I made a $700 payment. When I went back in to see how much was remaining on the loan a few days later, before my next payment to know how much my payment would be, it said my loan was closed April 11th. But then April 12th $173. Came out of my account. So, I asked for an invoice, or some form of document stating my payment ***************** refusing to give me one. Last I knew the $700 was not too far off from the remaining balance that was needed to pay the loan of in full. If they were being honest about the payments, I feel the option to see my payment history would still be available. If not, they'd atleast send me my payment history.Business response

I received notification from this business that my loan was approved but I never requested any loan from this company. I explained to them this must have been identity theft but they continue to email me saying I need to pay them back for money I never asked for or received. I am rejecting this response because: the company says they follow guidelines to ensure no identity theft happens but how can you give a loan to someone without even checking an ID to make sure you have the right person. And then this company tries to accuse the person whos identity was stolen and trys to make them pay back something they never received.

I applied for a $1200 loan and I paid that portion back. I did not agree to pay $5500 on a $1200 loan. Every time I try to access my account online I can never view the terms or the policy Im always timed out. Started getting multiple calls since February, regarding a personal loan, I never took out a loan with this company, and they wouldn't give me information until I gave the last 4 of my social and I finally gave in after a couple months because the call said last chance to resolve. I talked to a n agent and gave them my email so they could send me an affidavit to notify of fraud and they never sent it, so I think they were just phishing and now they have my social, Birthday, address and email.
