    I took out a $2500 loan with this company. They offered a low interest rate- upon signing I found they changed the rate to 412.87% which is ILLEGAL in my state (illinois). I reached out to revoke my ACH payment so I can contact here. They stated they revoked it and I need to set up a different payment- I logged in and they DID not revoke it and are still scheduled to take money from my account. This loan falls under the category of predatory by Illinois law. To date I have paid $1716.24 with another $829.06 scheduled this week- since they have not revoked my ACH despite written documentation stating they had. I will not continue to pay on an ILLEGAL predatory loan. Also, the screenshot of my bank eft still being in the account it from 5:30 CST, withu loans emailed @4 that it had been removed, their email time stamp says 8:59 PM 4/29- which is IN THE FUTURE as right now it is only 5:33 on 4/29.

    I am being charged 488% interest on a $2100 loan. I did not see this in the agreement. I tried to negotiate with them, but they will not. I’ve also stayed at to send me any notices in writing and they said they don’tdo business like that.

    I applied for a loan of ***** dollars. from WithU loans in September 2024, *** now paid back 3000 dollars. I try to call to see how much I owe and no one ever answers, I leave messages and never receive calls back. I try to log on to the app and get a verification code that comes to my cell phone that I never receive. I have not been able to get ***** of this company since October of 2024. Ive tried multiple times a month to contact them, at this point I have no idea how much I know because I cannot obtain this information. Im paying bi-weekly on a loan and cannot even get in touch with the servicer.

    I have been misled by the loan company and when i looked at their reviews from their customers that have had problems with regarding a high interest rates, and poor transparency. And there are a few complaints about the company made direct deposits without the applicant's knowledge. I do not want any problems from them and that they don't misuse my personal information i have entered on the loan application.

    I took a loan from WithU over a year ago and had been working with them on paying it back. I almost had the loan resolved and paid and I became overstretched on my finances and was unable to make the payments as agreed. Anytime I have contacted WithU to ask what is remaining on my Loan I am ignored, the loan has a predatory interest rate of over 500% and my low remaining balance turned into over $1000 remaining. WithU sold the loan to customer care global whom has incorrect information regarding my identity and are unable to confirm previous or current addresses to log into the account. Any contacts made through email were sent to a secondary email that required a password be sent to get into it, I had called and spoken with a ***resentative and they were very unhelpful and rude and told me to Borrow the money from someone to make the payment to them. If I had the ability to borrow money from someone I Wouldnt ever get a loan to begin with! They are unwilling to work with you and unwilling to communicate with you, the app never logs in and somehow the *** is able to get into my account. Everything about this company is predatory, and illegal!

    They gave me a $1000 loan and are trying to charge me more than 500% interest on it. I have already paid them more than $1600 on this and will pay no more. I want the public to be aware of this extraordinary poor practice of this company. They should be prosecuted for such behavior.

    Ridiculously high interest rates I've tried to call they don't care they said I accepted it when I would never have accepted an interest rate of over 422% they are charging me over $200 every month for a $1,300 loan when I paid almost $3,000 back already

    I received an email at 11 o’clock on Tuesday, March 18 with loan details for a loan I did not apply or sign for. I never signed for this or provided any of my information. This loan was also applied for with a previous address that I no longer live at. You will either stop the transaction or can be refunded in full with no interest whatever that is because I can’t even get into my account even though I requested my username copied and paste it directly from the email sent to me and reset my password and somehow you can’t find an account that matches that information.

    PREDATORY LENDER THST CHARGES 599% ON SMALL LOANS. WAS NOT DISCLOSED UP-FRONT AND LEAD ME TO BELIEVE I WAS DOING MONTHLY PAYBACK PAYMENTS. LOGIGING IN TO SEE MY TERM, CONDITIONS AND BALACE IS ALWAYS A NIGHTMARE. REQUESTING NEW PASSWORD, USER I.D'S AND WAITING FOR AUTHENTICATIOB CODES THAT ARE NEVER SENT UNTIL ONE GIVES UP AND HAS TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH ALWAYS BUSY AND SAYS MAILBOX IS FULL. MEANWHILE THEY STICK IT TO YOU ON A WEEKLY BASIS. ALSO THEY OBLIGATE YOU TO ACCEPT THEIR TERMS AND CONDITION BEFORE YOU CAN SEE YOU LOAN BALANCE. A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT SHOULD TAKE PLACE HERE. MY CONCERN IS OTHER CONSUMERS, ESPECIALY UNIVERSITY STUDENT GETTING DUPED IN TO THESE LOAN SHARK LOANS. SOMEONE HAS TO GO AFTER THEM.

    In December of 2024 I applied for a loan through their website. Everything seem great until it came after signing off on agreeing with the loan did I see the 474.50% interest rate for the loan. If I had known this was the actual real percentage and not some made up 4-30% interest rate would I have not agreed on the loan. Now I’m stuck paying off 9k for a 2k loan that is due in less than a year
