This company is a joke. My first payment was scheduled for August 5th. On August 3rd the company took the payment out of my account without approval, which is illegal! You can not take a payment out before the due date. I am reporting this company. Do not take a loan out with them unless you are okay with them taking money out of your account when ever them want.Review from Lindy W

Scammed me online they had all of my banking information wrong and my phone number wrong. Called them and told them I had been frauded now the money is prob in someone else's account and not mine but has my name and address attached to it. Zero Stars They rip off their customers. Got a $500 paid it off early and they charged me more than double the loan $1,300. Had I known I wouldnt have gotten the loan. They will charge you every month for a whole year even if you pay it off, never got charged that much for a loan with other companies. I cant believe they are doing this to people in the current state of the economy.Review from Nathaly R

Long story short. I have used them before. Sucked how I borrowed $1,200 and paid back like over $2,000. But that's okay, I figured I would due to terrible credit. I recently tried to get $2,500 (about 2 years later from my original one) and they tried to have me pay back $12,000+. They said they'd do a wire transfer and found the wire number for my bank. My bank doesn't even accept those. But they said due to the funds not being able to go into my bank I can cancel the whole loan. Hopefully that's true. I get apr is a thing, but almost 500% apr is just criminal. And I still can't figure out how the representative "found the wire number online" if when you ****** wire numbers for the bank it says first and foremost they do NOT accept wire transfers.Review from Rochelle S

I tried to cancel this loan when I first was looking for one and it would not allow me to. I called the company and told them that I did not want the loan and they said it was too late and that there was nothing they could do. I got a loan and I just looked, it should have been paid off months ago but it says my last payment will be in November. So they are getting quadruple in what they loaned me. DO NOT USE. They should be allowed to do shady business. I get it, they charge interest but ****. NOT EVER USING THEM AGAIN. They should be liable for giving some of us a portion of our money back. I would give ZERO stars but we have to leave at least 1.Review from Nicole O

I have had used WithU Loans in the past and really haven't had too much of a problem, except that their interest rates are outrageous. However, as long as I paid it off quickly it wasn't too bad. This time it is horrible. I called in tears begging for help because I am struggling so much financially. I have two special needs children and get paid from their insurance. I have not gotten paid in months from my son's insurance and could not make my payment. I asked for something to be worked out or to be put on a hardship plan as I was with another company, and the guy said I was denied. He said he could only offer to push my payment. Even after explaining that would not help at the moment he still couldn't do anything. This company does not care about you as a person. Their customer service is horrible and the refusal to help someone who is struggling to make their payments, is ridiculous! I just needed help and instead had to revoke ACH privileges and will continue to have interest accrue because they refused to help.Review from Steve B

I do not recommend. I Regretfully took the loan. Took a payment out 5 days ahead, threw me into overdraft, wouldn't consider paying the overdraft.Try another way if you need money.
