On July 14th, 2022, BBB submitted a written response to the company encouraging them to address their pattern of complaints. As of July 21st, 2022, the business responded stating that they have planned improvements to their automated phone system, expanding staffing for customer service, and is exploring adjustments to their hours of operation. They did not comment on the exact problems causing the pattern of complaints.

      I opened an account in January 2024 for With U loans for $1700. I was told I could pay the loan in 5 payments. After the 5 payments were made they continued to take money out my account. I called them and then they said my loan would be paid off the following year. The snap out did not say this and I did not get terms of service until after the money was in my account. This loan has caused my account to be in the negative over $1100 every two weeks. This daily interest is ridiculous. I can't pay loan.

      My is **** ******, I am a Disabled Veteran, in early August 2024, I had an unexpected expense, I found the withuloans website, after submitting the information they requested, I did get the loan if $500.00 dollars, the following day, since then, I have not been able to view, the account or the signed contract. I had called withuloans many a times for help, I've been given as many codes by the withuloans workers, and none of them worked!! I have no idea what's in my contract, no idea where they come up with $231.00 a month, for a $500.00 dollar loan, yes I do owe them the $500.00 dollars, If I can't view my contract, this is a very upsetting time withuloans

      Thank-you so much for all your help!  I did receive an Email from Withuloans, stating that, they had received my complaint from BBB, and offered a resolve.  It read: withuloans is willing to take $133.47 to close out my loan altogether,  I would only have thirty days to pay this amount, or the previous loan payment would stand at $231.47.   On Monday, the 26th, 2024, i paid the $133.47, to close out my loan agreement with, Withuloans,  I am so relieved, Thank-you again, BBB!!

      On 8/1/24 I received 2 text messages claiming that "funds are on the way!". I've never consented to any funds being deposited into my bank account by the company "WithU Loans". I'm unaware as to how they've obtained my information to do so, I've attempted to contact the customer support and I keep getting transferred but no help on why or how they got any of my information. It's $900, and thankfully I am not in desperate need for any type of money that I didn't ask for. Something tells me the link sent to my phone is from scammers! Any help on how to get out of this sketchy loan company?

      On 6/7/2024 I applied for a loan for ******** they gave me a loan for ******** I didnt agree to pay back the loan at Annual percent of ******% they put it in my account with out me reading the loan agreement that I would pay $ ******** at end of the term a total of $5,030.29.
