      I have nothing but good things to say about this company. My catheters are always here when they say they will be and everyone I speak to is always kind and helpful. I highly recommend them for all your medical needs!!

      180medical has been supplying me with catheters for 10+ years. Catheters became a necessity, I would not be able to survive without them. This past year there have been a lot of issues renewing my supplies orders for some unforeseen reason. I recently placed an order online on 02/19/202 for a delivery date 03/03/2025-03/04/2025. That order disappeared and I do have a copy of that confirmation order. My medical situation isn't reversible. Also, if it was an insurance issue you could have allowed me to pay out of pocket. The only option that 180MEDICAL gave me was to wash out the ones I have for future use.

We have sent urgent samples overnight on 3/24/25, and your standard shipment of supplies will be shipped tomorrow and arrive within one day. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss this change with you and ensure you have the supplies you need.

      Hi, my name is ****** *****, **********. I recently experienced a problem with shipping. My last shipment was supposed to arrive October 30 according to the tracking dates. No arrival. I became concerned and called 180 on Monday morning ( Nov. 4,th ) and explained the situation to a helpful woman. She understood and said she would arrange a *** air shipment to arrive the next day which I thought was faster than necessary. *** delivered it Tuesday evening. Thank you. So now the situation is, I received the original shipment on the 7"th of Nov. Stuck in ****** I assume. Therefore, I now have 8 full boxes on hand. I should not need a new shipment until January 1st or so. Is this a reasonable suggestion given the situation. Let me know what works best. Thanks for listening, Satisfied customer, ****** *****
