***** the director of sales, reinforced the longstanding theory that used car dealers are shady, unethical piranhas who will do anything to steal your money. My son just turned 18 and saved long and hard for his first car. We see a posting at Acura, and I call to speak with ****. **** said another customer was coming down at noon, so I left work early. **** assured me first come first serve, so we arrived and test drove the car. We shook hands on the deal and began purchase paperwork when suddenly **** came back stating the other people arrived to look at the car, and if we wanted the car, we needed to pay more. I wanted to walk but my son was so disappointed I agreed to pay more. **** then comes back again and said the other buyer matched, and I had to pay more. I said no, and they refused to honor their word and refused to sell us the car.2 other salespeople who observed the events could not believe how shady their boss was. They ruined x Mas for my son, but hopefully, **** was able to add to his Corvette collection with his unethical and deceptive sales technique.

Sold me a 58k truck that they had gotten a couple days prior from the other owner, they DID NOT run it though the service department before putting on their lot. THEY INSISTED I BUY THE TRUCK THAT NIGHT, after promises that it had newer tires then my truck and the noise in the dash would be looked at. I drop it off Friday 2 days after buying the vehicle for a scheduled appointment that DRAKE the finance manager called and apologized and setup because they didn’t do their job before putting it on the lot. Once I get there, nobody knows who I am, or what I’m doing there. Wasn’t even on a schedule. So then we notice my 2 front tires are bad. After getting into it with my sales adviser Lilou who called me a liar and death stared at me in the lobby saying he never said the truck had newer tires, finally Terry approved the new tires. They were supposed to change the oil, GM certify it, align it and checkout the noise in the dash. 3 days later I get it back. Noise it still there, oil life is 20%, no sticker on my window, and all my tire pressure sensors are not calibrated right at all reading 41,48,62,45. They said they checked out the noise they didn’t, so fast forward 2 weeks. I have owned the truck 17 days, the Seevice advisor German rides with me to hear the noise. States over and over that it’s annoying and ya I wouldn’t wanna hear that either. Also states that his techs can’t do anything right, and that he would push for it to get done. We are now on day 3 of them having my truck and nothing has been done, it’s just been sitting, didn’t get 1 call from the dude yesterday like he said he would. I even called and he said he would call back. No call. I call this morning and he says finally a manger is gonna ride with the tech and hope to figure it out. I feel like I got screwed on this truck and they are doing absolutely nothing

Initially when I first had my truck serviced for a oil change the dealership was amazing. That is why I decided to take my truck to this location when it needed major service. Chris the service advisor was helpful and I paid approximately $4200. However, a few days later after took my truck home the check engine light came on again. I took my truck back to have the truck serviced. I spent about $2200 to have the nox sensor replaced. Two days later I have another check engine light on referencing s DEF system fault. It seems very suspicious that a check engine light comes on every time I took my truck into Bob Moore to have it serviced. If they are suppose to do an overall diagnostic on the truck why do I have a check engine light on every time I took my truck in. The manager and my original service advisor is never available for me to talk to. I spoke with Nicholaus and he was not helpful at all. All he could say was to bring it in. Bob Moore doesn’t even have a courtesy shuttle or vehicle for me to even use when I bring my truck in. I drove about 45 minutes to this dealership because of the great service I received and now I regret it because I feel like once they took my money they do not care. I have no one that can pick me up or drop me off if my car is serviced there. If I had to leave my truck there for a few days then I will not have any form of transportation. I’m very disappointed of the customer service at Bob Moore and wished I took it to a dealership closer to my house if I was going to get treated like this. They just want to take your money.

I bought a 2008 ***** ridgeline at *** howard ***** dealership. I told them that two things has to be fixed, if I was going to buy the vehicle a dint on the side of the vehicle and the turn signals. They fixed the dent, but not the turn signals. The maintenance guy said it was the turn signal switch that was not working right, I told him there was a short somewhere. He did not want to listen to me. He replaced the switch, and that did not fix the problem. I told them the turn signals still dont work. They told me there is nothing they can do. They are RIP-offs. They are liers!!!!!!

Our nonprofit purchased a used Pathfinder from this dealership. We are a 501c3 nonprofit with the **** and we catch, trap, rescue and adopt out street dogs, and kill shelter dogs to forever homes. In September of 2021, we purchased what we thought was a nice used Pathfinder. Less than 3 months later the transmission went out, while we were transporting puppies. We know used cars are purchased "as-is", but seriously, THREE months later? Nissan's are supposed to LAST. We contacted the general manager at the dealership. He promised he would see what he could do, and we never heard from him again, despite a couple of follow up calls. On the dealership's ******** page, we posted a review and an employee and his wife became rude, obnoxious and slanderous to us. We were advised by the ** to email him, so we did. He was rude and condescending, and advised that he had no problem with an employee and his wife tag-teaming and being horribly rude, slanderous and obnoxious to myself or anyone who had an issue with the dealership. As a Nissan owner, this is distressing, to know Nissan is being represented this way.

Had a 2021 Lexus TX350 listed on AutoTrader. I included photos (including mileage photos). A person at Bob Howard Nissan made a reasonable offer that I agreed to. We spoke on the ********** assured me the offer was good for 6 days. We agreed on a time for me to bring the car in to finish the transaction. (On the 3rd day after the offer, due to my work schedule & the salesmans day off.) i took the car to the ***************** said they would then offer $2,000 less because it wasnt certified . I asked how it would be certified since I was the first & only owner. He guy said well Nissan only certifies Nissans! He also said the car was is superior condition with very low miles & very well taken care of. BE AWARE! THEY BASICALLY PULLED A BAIT & SWITCH SCAM ON ME! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP

After buying a truck for over $80k, they lost my check and then called me, but since I didnt answer, within a couple hours they sent me an email saying if I didnt come bring another, they would send the "law enforcement" after me. Then when I brought it to their attention that they lost the check, the only apology I got was "I'm sorry you were offended". This comes after I gave them a second chance. Only 4 months earlier when I went to buy my wife a new Yukon XL AT4, they advertised a price online and the price on the window of the vehicle, it was only an hour later after playing their games they said they would only sell it for $10k more than both advertised prices, because it was their last one. I should have learned my ****** the first time and stayed away. As a local business person, veteran and active community member, I would never treat a client this way, but they only care about the next deal. Once it's signed, forget about any smiles or anything else.

We worked with BH CDJR recently, and our vehicle is getting delivered tomorrow. We live out of state, but with the shortage we looked elsewhere to find what we wanted. Initially, I'll say I was very happy. Our salesperson was actually great and wrapped things up quickly for us. He wasn't pushy, but he was kind and understanding. We were paying all cash (wire transfer) and told him we were ready to pay. Finance didn't call that day (~8 hours left in the da), and didn't call the next day either. It was then the weekend, and our bank doesn't authorize wire transfers on the weekend. We gave them the heads up that we need to get the wire in before 5 pm Friday and didn't hear until after. When we did hear back until we were told we'd have to wait until the following week to see if the rebates had changed at the end of the month, meaning the price could go up more than the price we had put the deposit on nearly a week earlier. On Monday, they tell us it'll be Tuesday. We get the wire transfer lined up, finance called me with the final number. He then said "Oh, you had a deposit so I'll take that off." I did the math myself and he said, "No, I read it wrong it's xxx". We sent the wire immediately after I confirmed the final number 3 times. Fast forward to today, and the amount he gave us was 1k more than the actual price and it would be "really difficult" to get a refund. He instead tried to talk me into an additional warranty, which I declined again. I asked him to figure it out and call me back. I called my salesperson to tell him we wouldn't be signing for a car until it was cleared up and he was never informed. In a matter of minutes, he sent us the itemized receipt and said they could refund by check or card. Besides sketchy, this is theft and true receipt. We were clear from day one on when we were able to pay. It's pretty glaringthat this was just a mistake, giving us a price higher and then attempting to talk us into a warranty is disgusting.

When I purchased my vehicle 1yr ago I was told oil changes was free for the lifetime of the vehicle. Took it in today for a service on the vehicle and was told free services was not part of my warranty package. The Incentives I was told when I purchased my vehicle is not what I received today. I spoke with the sales Manager and he was rude, disrespectful and didnt seem to care that I was lied too. I also was told at the time of purchase I could get a new key fob if anything was to happen to mine. I asked to get a replacement and was denied a new one. And I was told that was not part of my package as well. If I could I would leave no STARS but unfortunately ****** will not let me do that. I was lied to and terrible service today at *** Howard. If *** Howard really cared about there customers they would have tried to help me out but that was not the case. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will be reporting *** Howard to the Better Business Bureau.
