    I was in need of towing service and called the company to tow my boat and trailer. This was at 12:30 in the afternoon. I was stranded on the highway on the side of the road. This company told me it would be a 45 minute wait for their tow truck. They did not show up until 4:45. During this time they would call every 45 minutes and say it would be an additional 45 minutes. They charged me 780 dollars and said if I cancelled at any time they would charge the 780 plus an additional 350 for the cancellation. Making the total 1000+ dollars. When I called to complain they offered to refund only 30 dollars for my difficulties. The manager proceeded to tell me that 30 dollars was a lot of money. I find their business ethics lacking and that they take advantage of consumers. They said that their excuse was That the driver was Given the wrong address. We gave them exact coordinates of where we were. We were located 40 miles from their place of business. Even if The driver got lost it would not have taken him 4 hours to find us. They had plenty of opportunities to call us.

    I am rejecting this response because: we gave the driver exact coordinates. The driver was lost, that was not our fault. In addition to this , we were stuck by the side of the road for 4 hours. It iwas a 40 minute drive from *** to where we were. We even received updates every 45 minutes saying that they were on their way when in fact they had not left yet. When we spoke to the drover he even admitted that he was taking other calls during the time we waited. The wait time was ridiculous and very poor business practice. They continued to lie to us for 3 hours before they even sent someone. I can assure you the driver was not lost for 3 hours and 15 minutes before he contacted us.
