    On 12/5/24 I received a 7.99 charge. This was not authorized, it was stated it was a recurring charge for which I have no information on.

    There was a $7.99 charge on my credit card from 12/5/2024 which posted at @ 1217 am EST. The charge appears from DBX DIGITAL THEHAPPILY.COOK. I did not make this purchase. This charge appears to be from the thehappily.co, the same company I subscribed a few date boxes from in 2021, and I cancelled 10/21/2021 (I have the cancellation receipt). I went to the company's website, and it no longer exists. I disputed the charge with my credit card company as fraudulent, and it says it appears as a reoccurring charge which concerns me. I looked back through my credit card, and have not received any charges from this company recently, this is the first I noticed on 12/5/24. I want to ensure I am not getting reoccurring charges, and find out what is happening as this company no longer appears to exist and I cannot visit the website.

    On December 5, 2024, I received a $7.99 credit card charge from *** ******l. The phone number associated with the charge was disconnected. After I disputed the charge with my bank, the following appeared on the reversal: THEHAPPILY.CO, OK *********  Since then, there is no record of this company anywhere that I can find. I used to subscribe to them a few years ago, but I have long-since cancelled my subscription and have not purchased from them in 2 or 3 years.

    I used to subscribe to "Date Boxes" from "Happily Co" from January through June 2024. I cancelled all services in June. I received an unauthorized transaction on 12/5/24 of $7.99, as did many other people apparently. The website no longer exists. I sent an email requesting a refund, but I'm uncertain if it's been received. I'll be disputing my transaction with my bank.

    Years ago, I cancelled my subscription to ***********, a service that sent you subscription boxes monthly. On 12/5/24, I suddenly received a charge for $7.99 without notification, without my permission, and without receiving anything for the charge. I attempted to locate the business online and their website no longer exists. This is a fraudulent charge.

    On 12/5/24 I was charge a subscription fee for an item that I did not order or authorize. I used their datebox service in 2017, and not since then. I tried to access their website, which is no longer in service and there is no way to contact them.

    I haven't had this subscription since 2018. I recently noticed two charges for $7.99 on my account The company no longer in business and there is no way to contact them. reported it to my bank and has them cancel my card.

    I bought from Happily several years ago, but canceled our subscription more than 12 months ago. I was charged on December 5 for $7.99 for services not rendered.

    Happily date boxes was a subscription service that I have not used since 2020. I was charged $7.99 on 12/4 without authorization. This business is no longer viable or active.

    On 12/5/24, I was charged $7.99 for a digital datebook subscription from the Happily. I did not authorize this charge and have not authorized a Happily charge since August 2023. Their company appears to no longer exist online and I am attempting to receive a refund and remove my info from their system after a fraud claim with my bank.
