    This is a copy and paste of my ****** review. It has been an ongoing issue I have been dealing with since February-march of 2024 The last time I called for a service the technician they sent out ****, was rude and unprofessional. We had a disagreement after he had damaged my washer machine. After we both exchanged some words he stated he wont be spoken to that way and continued to yell at me as he was leaving my home. I was not stopping him from leaving but did say back to him that he will not speak to me that way in my home while he was trying to leave doing the same thing to me. At that point he stayed in my house and slammed the door behind him and stood there at my door with both arms crossed and stared me down. I felt threatened at this point and after we exchanged a few more words I kicked him out of my home.Dealing with the workers at the office, no one took my complaint seriously and stated that hes never had an issue with anyone else before in all his years of service. I understand that I could have done something better on my part but at the end of the day I was treated unfairly and upset because of damages he caused.*** attempted to work with the management of the *** office but they are reluctant to assist me with my service needs. So much for life time warranty with Rainsoft. So now I am scrambling to try and service my equipment I purchased from them even though one of the selling points was the easy and stress free service calls to maintain my equipment.

    Our general manager, ***********************, telephoned ********** yesterday, the 22nd, and we agreed to work together to take care of any of his concerns. We have a service call set for tomorrow, July 24th between 5 - 6 pm with our lead plumbing supervisor, ****, to alleviate any and all of ************** concerns. In addition, we have agreed to replace his cleanstart and change the filters on his drinking water system at no charge for good will.

    This system was purchased this summer, due to the hardness of the water and my bad heart. Well currently it is a $10,000 block of ice, and we are without water, we were told by the company to wrap a blanket around it and wait. It is under warranty, This should have been planned for if not covered..When we went to plug in a space heater to assist in the thawing we found that they used an interior extension cord on the outside of our house to connect it (picture attached).

    I hope that **************** understands that freezing temperatures can reek havoc on a community and there was no way to predict her water system freezing as that rarely, if ever happens. Please note that this is being covered under warranty. In addition, we were out the same day that she called us to restore her water and order new parts to replace the cracked ones. We strive to offer the finest service in the industry but as I said earlier there was no way to predict her water system freezing. We appreciate her business and will continue to provide the finest service possible.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They got the water back on in my house that day, however one of the tanks busted so waiting on a replacement, so far they are doing what they should have in the first place if there are any further problems I will open a new one and/or get a lawyers.
