  I had a Rain Soft water system installed by ********** biggest mistake I ever made, I currently have a $10,000 block of ice, no water in my house and when contacted the people that installed it I was basically told to put a blanket on it and wait. Don't do it, I did everything right to keep the extreme temperatures we had from freezing my pipes, I did not realize that this system would freeze, and to make matters worse, when we went to put a space heater in the shed they installed it in, we discovered that the extension cord they installed coming from the house was not long enough so they put in a ten foot indoor extension cord to finish the connection, so had to go out and scour the town and finally had to order one on Amazon to ************** for the water system and a heater. And according to ****** I could be up to a week or longer without water. I was however told if it leaks after we get it working they will come out and fix the leaks.

  I had a rain soft water softener installed by Kentucky Water and Air. Biggest mistake I've ever made! The sales guy did not tell us we had to have them maintenance once a year that starting cost is $150+. That we'd end up paying between $7,000-$11,000 for the system. And also said we'd never buy household items again that everything would be provided through healthy360 which was just a one time thing and I'm over half way through what was sent and it's only been a year. Our system peeps every 6 hours it's low on salt when it's full of salt but we have to pay $150 for someone to come look at it. Smh!! I've contacted rainsoft, KY water and air and aqua financing and basically they all say we're stuck with it. If your thinking about purchasing a softener DO NOT DO IT! you can't even tell the difference unless your using the healthy360 products!! They will withhold information just to sale the system to you. Save your money!!!!

  I had a water softener system installed in my home and they had an employee who installed the water softener system and my filtered water in the kitchen and my water is testing higher than it did prior to the system being installed. I'm not even sure he properly installed the system. Not only that but their employee that they sent to my house solicited that he was a licensed auto mechanic and he had a car like mine he said he could fix my car he said this while installing the water softener system for Rainsoft ***. The employee took money from me and never provided the parts or work that he said he would do. I contacted the company about the water issue & financing concerns, they had the salesman come out and he showed me how to change the levels on the system but my water is still testing higher than it was prior to installation and I informed them of their employee and that he took my money. They informed me that he would give it back but still have not given me back my money or my parts! I don't trust the company or their employee.
