Our AC stopped working and so my hubby called them out. Turned out our AC fan outside wasn't working due to the wires, so the tech (Brandon) switched out to a whole new fusebox. It costed us $157. A few weeks go by and same thing again. My hubby called them out again and the same tech said that it was due to a old wire going to the compressor. I was like didn't you just change the fuse box and fixed all the wires? He said he'll replace the wire and put on some heavy duty tape to secure it. After he was done, he said that since the office workers were out on a company field trip, he'll let them what he did and they'll call us for the bill. After about a week of not hearing anything, I asked my hubby if he heard back from them. He said they called and texted him so he paid for the bill over the phone since he was busy at work. It was $217. I was shocked. I called the office to ask the reason for the amount. I spoke to Gena who said she took the payment and that she'll look into it and will call me back. A week goes by, nothing. I called back to follow up and spoke to a Suzanne. She said it because of $99 fee just coming out, 3% fee paying with card over phone, and for labor. I told her he just fixed a, one, wire and said he would put tape on it. She says that costs money because our AC unit was old and he wasn't going to just slap on duck tape, it was special tape. I question her as I was confused because he changed out a whole new fuse box and that costed less. I could tell she didn't know how to respond so instead she says she'll talk to Gena and have her call me back. It's been 2 weeks. I doubt they'll be calling me back. What a crappy way to do business. I guess they really needed our $217. After looking them up, I realized now why they got a C rating with the OK Better Business Bureau.
