I pre-paid for my stay at this ************ (Quality Inn, Sallisaw OK, *********************, GM) and when I got there on 3/1 they wouldn't give me a receipt. Then I got into my room and found they had no internet. They advertised that they had internet. I asked the front desk about it and she said "That's as good as it's gonna get." I decided to check out and find another hotel as I needed wi-fi to do my job/work. The front desk woman (skinny, glasses, wouldn't tell me her name) refused to check me out until 5 am the next morning. REFUSED. I called ************s to complain and suddenly she said she would check me out but not give me my money back. And she still declined to give me a receipt for my stay or what I had paid. She said "I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO YOU!" I felt threatened so I left. I want my money back plus what I had to spend to get to another hotel.
