    Yes they closed my account because I complained to ************************* that I myself and my employees was discriminated and mistreated and he said it was not his staff he isnt located in *** he is located in ****** and the manager ***** told him it was my staff she refused multiple times to service me simple things like bank statements I ask for my loans to be finished it went on for 3 weeks no bank statements. One staff member was made to stand upfront while they took her ID away from check out counter took to the back to ***** away from the staff member of mine she felt discriminated against to the point where she filmed them and I was mortified by this. ************************* at the ************************* said we dont go to that location we made them uncomfortable they took her ID in a private location and my staff member felt like it was suspicious behavior and spoke up and since then and even before then ***** - manager has been aggressive forward me or anyone that works for me. We complain on poor customer service and ************************* closes my account leaves me in a huge bind with a ******* bank account to go somewhere eles and ach all my bills all is uneasy. I feel discriminated against cause we complained multiple staff not just one they wouldnt give my sweet mother her balance or my bank statements had to seek the branch in ******* to get them it was no problem. Ordered checks never got for 3 months complained they still recharged me for more and never got refund on my checks. Fraud activity pretty constant every 3 months I dealt with it but it was a painful process with ***** she was bothered by me everytime I needed help. There was a video that a staff took because she felt discriminated against she said she witnessed her ID IN a ladys hand that worked at the bank disappeared with it for minutes at a time and she found that to be very suspicious behavior. Please look into this we have submitted reports to every channel hoping for a response
