Look elsewhere or get treated like a less than human.if ur looking for a place where the staff will not help u and they just demeanor u by there little whisper from nurse to nurse and if u complain about to security or anyone they either kick u out by threat of arrest or u will leave because the whole staff will ignore u or treat u bad.they stick together like glue so if u complain about anything they gang up on u usually about 10 to one by the time all the ****** fifes show up with hands resting on there sidearms.they always come at u with our staff would not do anything like that but u will always be wrong and the little angels are always right.dont bucks the system lay there in pain and die like a good little boy while staff play on there phones or be in the mirror worried if a eyelash is out of place waiting on doctors to come by while they think there looking good while the patients pay the price I'm telling u this is a liars hospital they have a answer for every senerio u can imagine but I'm telling u if u can avoid going to this hospital do it if u think I'm kidding go ahead and go I'll see ur review on here soon I'll be laughing just like the staff at this hospital was doing while u layed there in severe pain how staff can get away with this just blows me away lazy disrespectful and can't wait for a confrontation just so they can show u who has the power to treat people just any ole way the want well if u do go good luck and may God be by your side cause u will need him

This hospital is the worse. *************** ******** ****** in the lab calls black ************** and it's ok, her supervisor ******* ********* backs her up on that. Speaks poorly about her ********** to the patients that is very inappropriate. But unfortunately, she's not the only one. More than half of the people working there is very demonic.People are rude, mean and disrespectful, and it's ok. I see why the guy shot and killed the *** nurse and others. It has the potential to be a phenomenal hospital, but they hire very bad people. Need cultural diversity training immediately. They treat the ***************** very disrespectfully it's unreal. The nurses act like they got their training from the projects in a very bad area. Classless, racist against people of color, and you can't walk 5 steps without hearing inappropriate conversations about black people. ALL the time. Their hand hygiene is almost non existing. That explains all the isolation patients who are highly contagious.Working here as a nurse is very risky and very high stress due to fellow ********** with horrible personalities and the worse bed side manner you could ever see. You will risk losing your nursing license due to the constant fighting that goes on amongst the workers. Just all around awful.

We were treated like we were not even human. This type of care should not be allowed especially when we pay high dollar insurance premiums. The front of house ER staff would have rather thrown us out in the street or ignore his piercing verbal screams for help, than take care of my husband. My story is longer than the allowed characters by 5000, so I have quite a story to tell about St. Francis and our experience this past week in the Emergency Room.

7 tower at Saint Francis feels like an abandoned part of the hospital. My light took 20+ minutes to be answered. I have a pressure sore now due to the bed. I was at 3 north last week and it was great. But 7 tower is by far the worst part of the hospital to be in.

Confirm what everyone else is saying.Had an MRI detached slap labrum.****** talked to my doctor in two months despite asking repeatedly. Also decided to stop giving me pain meds with two weeks until surgery. Talk about empathy fatigue. The first two nurses I talked to said we can always tell whos here for drugsWhat a weird approach to dealing with people who are hurting.

I am unusual pastor, in that I sit around the clock with patients quite often, and have done so at many different hospitals. I have gotten to experience the staff, on all shifts, on the 5th floor and on the 8th floor. I must say, This has been the absolute best hospital experience Ive had at any hospital. Every staff member has demonstrated a compassion like Ive not seen anywhere else well with one exception; that being in the cafeteria. The cafeteria staff, seems to have a great lack of compassion. One staff member, particularly. She is the largest, in statue, staff member that Ive seen in the cafeteria. This staff member works the cash register. She has demonstrated near to the most uncompassionate and most bitter/ hateful and greedy attitude/ persona that I have seen in any single human being in all of my life. That one complaint stated, I am serious though in that my upmost respect and gratitude goes out for all the rest of the staff members that I have personally encountered/ being the nurses, doctors, therapists, nurse techs, ect. They have demonstrated a more than ****** like compassion. I am truly wowed and in shock.

St. Francis day shift trauma team were unprofessional. They kept having attitudes with us while we were asking things. They kept changing what they wanted done with each doctor. The night nurses were amazing but the day shift just gave us so much attitudes. We were just asking about what the original doctors told us compared to the 2nd doctor who seen us. As someone who works in the medical field I know the doctors didn't talk to each other. But they were changing what they want to be done. The day shift nurse complained about being called during lunch. If you are going to be on lunch than ask another nurse to watch you patient. They obviously don't work together on these things. They need train to learn how to be nice and how to treat their patient and family members.

************* and St Francis *********** Team I thank you for all your hard work and healing you've shared with me. Reflecting on this journey, I am certain that you are all God's helpers. Because of you I'm able to love and support my children. They are young men who still need me. They have so much respect for you and think ************* hung the moon......and so do I. *************************

Primary Care Physicians don't stick around. No one tells you your PCP is gone until you call to make an appointment. During Covid, our new PCP refused to see us in person because he'd never seen us before. Refused to do a telehealth call. Can't see a doctor even when you make an appointment with your PCP. A scheduler told us to go to either *********** or ER (and wait forever) if we wanted a real doctor. It's either a nurse or a physician's assistant. Get charged the same though. If you go to Laureate, they make no bones that if you have an issue with the way they treat you or make changes to your care, hit the road. And they will kick you out with a letter & no explanation of why. If you have a billing issue, it's next to impossible to get it straightened out & in the meantime, you're threatened with having your account sent to a collection agency.
