      I ordered a sub from this QuikTrip store online at about 11:48 a.m. on 6/14/24. When I entered the store to pick it up at about the time I was to pick it up, the girl had not even started to make it yet. I stood around and waited until she made it. When I ordered it, I ordered the sub toasted, and she didn't toast it.

      Thank you for taking the time to make us aware of the customer experience and service at our ********, ** location.  At QuikTrip, we strive every day to provide our customers with quality products and services at fair prices as well as the most professional, well-trained employees anywhere.  

      I have asked the Area Supervisor to follow up with the employee and ensure they receive retraining.  This is a valued customer, and we certainly plan to do everything in our power to ensure future visits to our stores are pleasant with fast and friendly service. The Store Manager of this location has already reached out to the customer and issued a refund for the purchase and apologized for the inconvenience.

      We have worked hard to bring a whole new dimension of convenience stores to our communities.  We appreciate the communication and hope to deliver the quality service and products our customers have come to expect from ******************.

      Hello I was at the QuikTrip yesterday the 26th at 10:20 p.m. located at ******************************************************************. I typically make purchases on a daily basis from this company. I was at work and ending my shift as a Uber driver at the current time I was bicycling. I stopped there to get a cold refreshing drink after many miles of bicycling. Within a minute of making my purchase at the store I was asked to leave for reasons unknown. Very insulting by the personnel of the store. Speaking to management they said that's regular business practice. Apparently business has taught their personnel to tell their customers paying customers to leave for reasons unknown.I consider this abuse and harassment. I'm speaking to their management I got no resolution I would like to speak to somebody that has a position of authority in this company.I will leave this on file and discredit this business for 12 months.

      I pulled into a QT (Quick Trip) at *************** West and ***************************************************, in a work truck with a tarp covering work tools and such. Pulled up to a gas pump, was viewing something important work related on my laptop super quickly because I was parked safely to be able to pull my work laptop out for viewing. I wasn't there but maybe 5 minutes, my forms for work took a bit longer than I expected, but I was about to go in to pay for gas, buy a coffee, and some snacks, when the security guard came up and asked my worker and I to immediately vacate the property, and hold us to not return. We were so taken aback and quite shocked, and very insulted, so, like the civil citizens we are, we asked no questions, we just left. Trying to drive to the next available gas and convenience station, my truck ran out of gas, leaving me stranded for 30 minutes and caused us to be late to our job site, which made my client rather unhappy with my company. I believe the guard was judging me based off of my work truck. Meanwhile, there were homeless people all over the property, loitering and asking paying patrons for money. I am quite unhappy with the way we were targeted and treated. The guard never even bothered to ask if we intended to conduct business there at all.

We are trying to get in touch with the customer to gather more details and potentially help rectify the experience the customer received.       Order number CND6KP7CS9 Date 01/18/24 I ordered a $10 gift card online at quicktrip.com/gift cards After the portal telling me my transaction was verified, and the money was taken out of my account, ($10.00) I received an email saying the gift card had been created. Then an immediate email following that saying that the previously verified transaction could not be verified. I waited and waited for the money to go back. I emailed the address provided my the second email for contacting qt customer service. I was then told in a response from customer service, that this was a third party transaction. And to resolve the matter and get my money back then I would have to contact cashstar. So other than being upset I was now getting the typical runaround. However upon contacting cashstar. they told me I would have to contact quicktrip as it was their website and it was their mistake. I emailed qt back and I have been waiting for a response since 01/23. The first email response from them took less than an hour, so I'm assuming it's been read and has been disregarded.So long story short - Quicktrip stole $10 out of my bank account and then lied to me over email on how to resolve it and has had my money for over a week ignoring me.

      I stopped at QuikTrip on ******************************************************************************** to get gas around 10am on December 31st, 2023. I selected Octane grade 87 on pump 13 and the light for 87 turned on, but after I finished getting gas I saw I was charged more than it was supposed to be. I saw on the receipt it says it charged me for premium gas. I took the receipt inside and showed it to the cashier and explained the situation. Security said she'd need to review the footage to make sure I am correct. She reviewed the footage and confirmed I selected 87 but was charged for premium gas. But they denied to adjust the price or refund me for their mistake. I asked for the receipt back, but ******* said she gave the receipt she took from me to the other security guard. I asked the male security officer to give me the receipt back, and security guard said he threw it away. As I moved towards the female security officer to ask her what option she was suggesting to fix this dispute, I saw the cashier threw away my receipt in the trash can right then. This looked like a systematic scam that all their employees were in. Why would they behave like this. And the male security had a dismissive threatening attitude. This place might as well be renamed to QuikScam with the way they treat their customers. ******* printed another receipt for me and female security officer wrote down a number she said belongs to corporate I should be calling. I don't know how much time they expect me to waste to get this fixed, when they have charged me wrong and have confirmed it. They should be ashamed of themselves for this scam and rude behavior, especially on New Year's Eve.

      I am rejecting this response because: They have all my information and still they are asking me to contact another division! How much time do they think I have to waste on them?! Its their fault and they should take an action to fix it immediately. Clearly they are not genuine otherwise wouldnt pass me from department to department! What a horrible customer service. A few options:

      1) they have my address and they could send me a check

      2) they have my email address and they could send me a payment or communication through that

      3) they have my phone number and could call and fix their wrong

      yet what did they choose to do? Give me another number to call! Their store wasted my time enough and Im not interested in calling and staying on line and waiting and explaining over and over. Just gotta be ashamed of themselves for this customer treatment

      The QT - quick trip here in *********** ***** on ************ has taken my money from my bank for an amount of one hundred and seventy five dollars for over a week now and has not refunded my.money to my bank. I only spent less than twenty dollars at the pump and took more out and have left me dry? i called my bank for help because QT says they will refund and to this day still have not refunded my money... my bank says they cannot do anything because its QT with holding the money... they have caused me so much stress during christmas because i couldnt get all my family nice gifts they deserved some even didnt get a gift from me because of this... i also have long waits for my food there when im the only order and the only person in line ... i would not recommend QT to any one and this is the last time i buy gas there...

      Went to QuickTrip store *** in Smyrna 4/29. The cashier Chad was deliberately unhelpful and rude. I tried using a manufactures coupon.He told me I could not use the coupon because the other item was only 99 cent which was the purpose of using the BOGO free coupon. As a retail manager I am very aware of various coupons and honoring them. Coupons will state equal or lesser value on them and shows what items won't qualify same as if we were running in store sales or specials.This coupon explicitly stated I could purchase any products that were listed on it which did not have to be equal or lesser price OR the same product.I have used this before at my local QT in my home state. I asked him where on the coupon does it state the product should be of lesser value or that I couldn't buy the product because it was only 99 cent, he then became frustrated looked at it again and could not find it anywhere on the coupon so he then days well I don't have to take it if I don't want to What a horrible experience. It was obvious from him from the beginning he was actually trying to find a way not to honor the coupon but became frustrated when he couldn't find anywhere on the coupon I could purchase the a item of lesser value. I used reward points from the manufacture they were made like this!! Took 2 minutes reading the coupons front and back while customers were getting impatient and he still couldn't come up with a valid reason. My hometown has a lot of QuickTrips which I frequent a lot they always speak when you come in helpful say thank you great attitudes this quick trip in Georgia failed horribly bad service and rude.

      On 04/18/2023 @ 11:29 am I purchased gas and paid at the pump at QuikTrip #*** in Godfrey IL in the amount of $10.00. Then at 3:21 pm the same day there was an unauthorized purchase on my debit card from QuikTrip #*** Godfrey IL in the amount of $30.11. this unauthorized purchase put my account -$30.11. This purchase was not authorized or made by me. After repeated attempts to communicate with QuikTrip customer service I am inable to speak to a live person. I keep getting referred to the customer complaint line. All I want is for my money to be refunded to my debit card for this unauthorized purchase.

      Hello,

      When transactions are completed at the pump, the card issuer decides the amount to hold, not the retailer (in this case QuikTrip). These charges are then refunded by the card issuer once they settle the payment (2-4 business days).

      Due to the sensitivity of credit card data, store employees are not able to access that data and nor are they able to make any corrections. These types of issues must go through our credit card department who has access to the needed information and relationships with multiple banking institutions where they can sometimes expedite that refund to the customer. While the first few prompts are electronic when you call, during business hours you will be transferred to a live person. If this charge is still not resolved, please call that department or our Division Office where we can transfer you to the credit card department for assistance.

      I have enough to worry about with money than to get gas for 30 dollars and I pay at the pump because I have 3 small children and it's freezing cold, and Quick trip puts a hold on my account not for 30 which is what I spent they took 140.00 I had no idea until I tried to pay my electric bill and couldn't because that's all the money I had. I was left with 18 dollars. My electric will be cut off in the morning, can't get groceries for my kids lunches for school. What am I supposed to do. Like Qt doesn't over charge already for everything, like they don't make enough they've gotta take an EXCESSIVE amount that is so extreme. But, they don't care what happens to us. I'm crying and I'm a total wreck because how am I going to fix this. I feel like I've been robbed. Now whenever I do get to pay bills I'm going to have a late fee added to every single bill, do you know how far behind that will make me?? I have 2 jobs as it is and paycheck to paycheck because I do not live free off the government nor do my kids. I guess it makes no difference. Thank you for your time.

      On 1/2/22 I went to QT at **** ****** Hwy Dacula GA XXXXX at 338pm I filled up my tank on pump number 5 and continued with my errands. About 6/7 miles after filling up my check engine light came on. I went to a mechanic that advised the gas was not good and caused my engine to malfunction. I have been trying to contact the store manager to no avail and need this rectified ASAP this is my only means of transportation and also the vehicle for my business.
