      On 04/18/2023 @ 11:29 am I purchased gas and paid at the pump at QuikTrip #*** in Godfrey IL in the amount of $10.00. Then at 3:21 pm the same day there was an unauthorized purchase on my debit card from QuikTrip #*** Godfrey IL in the amount of $30.11. this unauthorized purchase put my account -$30.11. This purchase was not authorized or made by me. After repeated attempts to communicate with QuikTrip customer service I am inable to speak to a live person. I keep getting referred to the customer complaint line. All I want is for my money to be refunded to my debit card for this unauthorized purchase.

      Hello,

      When transactions are completed at the pump, the card issuer decides the amount to hold, not the retailer (in this case QuikTrip). These charges are then refunded by the card issuer once they settle the payment (2-4 business days).

      Due to the sensitivity of credit card data, store employees are not able to access that data and nor are they able to make any corrections. These types of issues must go through our credit card department who has access to the needed information and relationships with multiple banking institutions where they can sometimes expedite that refund to the customer. While the first few prompts are electronic when you call, during business hours you will be transferred to a live person. If this charge is still not resolved, please call that department or our Division Office where we can transfer you to the credit card department for assistance.

      I have enough to worry about with money than to get gas for 30 dollars and I pay at the pump because I have 3 small children and it's freezing cold, and Quick trip puts a hold on my account not for 30 which is what I spent they took 140.00 I had no idea until I tried to pay my electric bill and couldn't because that's all the money I had. I was left with 18 dollars. My electric will be cut off in the morning, can't get groceries for my kids lunches for school. What am I supposed to do. Like Qt doesn't over charge already for everything, like they don't make enough they've gotta take an EXCESSIVE amount that is so extreme. But, they don't care what happens to us. I'm crying and I'm a total wreck because how am I going to fix this. I feel like I've been robbed. Now whenever I do get to pay bills I'm going to have a late fee added to every single bill, do you know how far behind that will make me?? I have 2 jobs as it is and paycheck to paycheck because I do not live free off the government nor do my kids. I guess it makes no difference. Thank you for your time.

      On 1/2/22 I went to QT at **** ****** Hwy Dacula GA XXXXX at 338pm I filled up my tank on pump number 5 and continued with my errands. About 6/7 miles after filling up my check engine light came on. I went to a mechanic that advised the gas was not good and caused my engine to malfunction. I have been trying to contact the store manager to no avail and need this rectified ASAP this is my only means of transportation and also the vehicle for my business.

      Dec 12th , for QT **************** blvd., Euless,Tx I purchased coffee, a turkey sandwich and 2 taquitos for $13.74 . I was working so I ate taquitos right away and kept turkey sandwich to eat later. When around 4pm , I started eating turkey sandwich and had a bite, I noticed crumbs of bacon in it. I thought they put bacon with turkey but When I opened it , it was actually beef, not turkey. And I don't eat beef (due to religious beliefs) . I took it out and called them. A gentleman picked up the phone. He apologized and told me to come back and he can change it, but I was far and was on my lunch break. Then he said I can come anytime to store and ask for replacement by showing pictures . I asked his name and he said any manager can do that. I couldn't get time for a week since I wasn't working that side, but went there on Dec 20th and asked the supervisor about it. She was like do you have receipt. Now not everyone ask for receipt from gas station but I had on my bank card and picture of food , she was like come tomorrow morning for main supervisor. I am not coming again and again for $5.00 food which is not even my fault. I paid the coffee and sandwich that I purchased again on Dec 20th for $6.69 and told her you know what forget about it. Have your employees to work with each others coordination .

I assured her the Store Manager and Store Supervisor would be notified of this and that the store team would be retrained on how to properly handle situations like this in the future, should they come up. I offered to send the customer a gift card to reimburse her and as an apology from QuikTrip, but she did not want any restitution.       My husband went to the location on greenfield and baseline in **** arizona. He went there with a plastic box and his pack back and he was minding own business and the customer kept saying he is homeless and getting coffee. And when he went to the register he kept saying it that my husband was homeless. And I talked to the customer service and they guy was rude to me and backed up the store and the customer. And David gave us coupons when he should of gave the money back of $200.00 dollars in the store and he should not get a lady to do his talking. He is rude too. The lady was rude to on the voice mail. Get the head person too call or the owner. And no more coupons or gift cards. We are recovering from covid and we are on oxygen. We are a disabled couple. They are taking advantage of disabled couple. Resolution, we want our money back. No coupons or gift cards. I'm very unhappy how they treat disabled people. Thank you.

      Stopped for gas, gas handle was leaking and went on my cast. I contacted the store, never received a call back, I sent emails and never received a response back. I had to go to the ER and wait for nearly 2 hours to have my cast changed due to the gas handle leaking gas on it.

      I would like to speak with someone about how I keep getting less then my lottery tickets are worth. At first I thought it was an honest mistake but now I'm seeing that it continues to happen at two different locations and it is not okay. At this point it's fraud and theft that these employees are committing. I was told to report it to the lottery company as well as a few other places but I'm hoping quick trip makes it right because it's happened so many times, the least they can do is give me a credit to the store. At least.

      I made a purchase of $16.32 at the pump using my card and a hold was placed on my account for $100. This was on the 27th of October. Now, the $16.32 cleared, but there is still a hold on my account for $100 that my bank tells me that will not be released until Nov. 1. They say they have no say in the matter. The hold in coming from QT, not the bank. Why so long and I needed access to that money today. It will be over a week when they do. Money is tight for everyone right now and these ridiculously high holds are making me not want to go to QT anymore for gas. Other stations charge far less and their holds are much quicker to clear. How can I fix this?

      My husband went to quick trip on ******** road and ********** in mesa arizona. He went on Monday 17, 2022. He bought two pretzels with two cheeses, rolled things, energy drink , cold brew and breakfast burrito. And when he went to the kitchen the 3 ladies were talking in the back of the kitchen and said my husband likes my cooking and when my husband went to the register the guy charged him stuff he didn't buy. He paid at first $25.00 dollars and then when he scanned it cost$13.00 dollars. We just want our money back. We don't want any gift cards. We are recovering from covid and we are on oxygen. We are disabled couple. We want just a refund check and that is it because they are very rude too.because i called the big owner and he doesn't call me back because i think the representative doesn't give him the message. I called him on his machine and he hasn't called me for two months. Resolution, we want our money back. Thank you.

      On September 12th, 2022 I went to the QT gas station on ***** and ******** Way in Arlington, TX and paid $73.38 to fill up my 2020 GMC Sierra Denali. Three hours later, the truck started to have a really bad misfire and it is shaking. I took the truck to a mechanic who confirmed that it is bad gas from QT. The mechanic says we need to have the tank drained and change the spark plugs. They're quoting me $1400.00 to do this. I am QT to handle and resolve this asap.
