    I had some dental procedures done earlier this year. Before I went for procedure, the company ran insurance and informed me of what I would be responsible for (over $3000). With the help of family the funds were gathered and I was told to pay before services were performed, which I did. Months after service was completed and final payment (as told by their office staff), I received another bill in September 2022 saying I owed close to $200, then when I called they said not to worry, then they said they were adjusting $61 off. I requested an itemized bill but to my surprise they sent another bill via email yesterday, and are saying the bill is over 90 days past due, even though they had promised to straighten things up with insurance company earlier in the year. Please help because I don't understand why I should still have a balance due, or the many discrepancies in the bills considering I paid in full before procedures were done. Thanks for your help

    The dentist is nice and knowledgeable. Melanie at the front really goes above and beyond her description and even worked after hours to get me in. Went in for a temporary crown on the 29th. The staff says if it falls off then to call them so they can quickly get me back in and make sure it is secure. My temp falls off on Friday evening. I contact the office and the emergency line followed by text messages. I did not receive any acknowledgement or responses! Four calls with messages left and four text messages sent. Nobody ever answered, responded to the text saying there is an over the counter cement to use and try to get that. I luckily was able to get in contact with another dentist line who took 3 minutes to tell me what to do as far as over the counter cement available. Even though this office says if the temp falls off they will get you in...today is 7/3 and I have to wait until 7/10 risking damage to the tooth under it. Horrible service after you leave the office!! No sense of urgency when asked to speak with an office manager. There is no turn around time when a customer is having an issue/emergency. You are just left without an response.
