I cannot recommend this cleaning service to others. I had contacted them from Google by text. I did receive a fairly quick reply by text. We discussed, using his cell phone to text rather than the Google text services, what I needed plus best time for me (afternoon) and he agreed to have his maids come after noon. He sent me a text that had to be downloaded. I was out of data, so didn't read it until 1 p.m. on the day the maids were to show up. Without notifying me ahead of time, that he had told his employees to stay home that day due to the sleet and hail storm that prior night, he still tried to charge me twice. Charge was refused due to exceeding the max per day for an unpinned charge. The maids were supposed to show up, according to the long text I was finally able to download from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. since they didn't show up, I contacted him. The conversation went downhill (very unprofessional). What I learned from this: 1. always get a written estimate & contract siting all terms when hiring any contract services. Verbal agreements mean nothing. 2. Companies that Google has done background checks on can still be unethical companies. I had had a deadline to get my apt cleaned. That deadline was Feb 1. I'm still looking for a reputable service and/or caregivers.
