    I ordered a salad and a ham and cheese hoagie with French fries. 35 minutes later, I went to the counter and asked about my sandwich, clerk said just a couple more minutes. 55 minutes had passed before I received my sandwich and they gave my chips instead of FF. I went to the counter and asked where my FF was? The clerk intentionally ignored me. I made a complaint with the manager on duty and he didnt offer any help

    Sadly, I paid cash that day.  However, I gave my name and number on a piece of paper to the assistant on duty that evening.  The assistant on duty He had dark hair, ***** and dark glasses.

    This BBB complaint is submitted to respectfully request a $17.95 refund from Mazzio's LLC's **************** (********).On 12/4/23, I purchased a **************************** (Order No. 162) from Store No. 087 for $17.95. The pizza I received was uncooked & inedible (the slices oozed uncooked sauce & un-melted shredded cheese) & the salad was unfresh (the original freshness date sticker was torn off & replaced, but the expired date sticker residue was still on the container).I made the following attempts to contact ********, but received no response or refund:1. 12/4/23. Called ******** **************** (****************), but it was closed.2. 12/5/23. Called **************** & spoke to ***** Described the ****************************. **** remarked "GROSS!" & agreed the freshness sticker was replaced. **** said she had no authority to give a refund & could only replace the pizza, which I did not want.3. 12/5/23. Left ******** Feedback voicemailbox a message per ****'s advice, but never received a callback as promised.4. 12/8/23. Left feedback on ******** Feedback web portal, but never received a response from ********.5. 12/9/23. Received voicemail from Store No.087 Mgr. ***. Returned her call on 12/11/23 & spoke to ****************** said I would need to talk to ***, who was not in. **** told me *** would call me tomorrow, but *** did not.6. 1/23/24. After no contact from ********, I called Store No.087 Mgr. *** again. Told her I called on 12/11/23 & **** said she would call me back, but she never did. *** said she had no ability to refund my purchase. *** said only ******** Treasury gives refunds. *** said she would ask Treasury to call me, but they never did.7. 1/30/24. Called ******** Treasury myself & left a message, but was not called back.8. 1/31/24. Called ******** Treasury again, but was not called back.9. 1/31/24. Emailed ******** through The BBB web portal, but received no response.For these reasons, I respectfully request a ***************** of $17.95 from ********.

    Dear Better Business Bureau:

    1. Received attached voicemail message **** from Mazzios Corp (**************) at my telephone number (**************) at 4:00 PM CST on Wednesday, February 7, ****. In the voicemail, **** states she is "calling about the refund" and says that "if [ I ] ... call her back, [she] ... will help me with that."

    2. Contacted **** from ******** Corp at the above number on Thursday, February 8, **** at 2:21 PM CST. Provided **** from ******** Corp the credit card number & expiration date she requested. **** from ******** stated that a refund of $17.95 would appear on my credit card today.

    3. I am currently awaiting the refund of $17.95 to appear on my credit statement. As of this writing, it has not yet been posted.

    12-9-2023 Order placed at 4:45pm Deliver for 1307 E Wichita in ********* Oklahoma ZIP Code ***** Online order Wait time was ******************************************************************************* the street and the driver told us we could go to the store to have it replaced. (I completely understand that accidents happen and the ranch issue was over looked despite the fact that we had to leave our party to retrieve the damaged item. When we looked at our order we noticed they did not give us our Medium Hand tossed Supreme. We were instead given what appeared to be a small pepperoni that was very poorly made. When I called the store to tell them that did not give me the correct order the woman that I talked to sounded inebriated and was very difficult to talk to. She had an attitude and told me that she would remake the pizza and have it sent out. This call was made at 5:55 pm we waited for an hour before we had to drive back down to the store where a worker told us that she was the only one who was cooking, attending the store and doing deliveries she had never sent our corrected item out and it had sat on the counter for well over an hour. By the time we got the pizza it was still not the correct order and we were told that we could request a refund. I have not been able to do so yet. I frequent this establishment atleast two or 3 times a month and the lack of customer service was appalling to say the least. No one was remorseful, no one apologized or even made an attempt to rectify the situation. Either shut it down or send in better management this was unacceptable.

    I order pizza and as you can see the receipt show how much it was and once it was delivered today I noticed that the delivery wrote them self a tip of 10 dollars and when I called them told me o I'm sorry that must have been a accident and we will give you a coupon for 10 dollars, how do you accidental write 10 dollars on a tip on someone receipt!!

    I waited longer than necessary, as an employee aimlessly wandered around the front of the store before offering to assist me. When I said that I was waiting for an order he grabbed it from the waiting area where it had been sitting. We got home, several miles and unloaded our groceries, then sat to eat before realizing how horribly they messed up everything. Toppings they actually gave us were scarce. They also completely excluded the Italian sausage and it looked like they only gave one piece of salami. For the supreme with jalapenos, they completely excluded the supreme and only gave us a cheese with jalapenos. Also, everything was thin crust and not regular (hand tossed). Tired and already settled in, we called customer service hoping to be able to send pictures and the receipt and get at least a partial refund for the parts we didn't get. Instead, I just immediately got excuses, told I should have expected that quality, and told I needed to go back to the store for an exchange (family was hungry and already started eating) or accept some coupons for next time. So they want to keep 100% of my money even though they barely gave anything I paid for, or expect a great inconvenience and some costs to hopefully break even, or only give me discounts on the condition that I spend more money with them while I can expect more bad service. I'm legally blind and so I can't drive. My friend is exhausted from today and wouldn't be safe to drive. So returning would require an expensive ride share service, again with the unlikely hopes of getting treated better this time.

Review of the call shows that a remake of order was offered as well as a credit. The customer declined both and stated that the charge would be disputed with his credit card company, and then disconnected the call.
