January 15, 2024 We left our motorhome for a full body paint. Was told it would be a 3 week turn around. Next 4 weeks called many times to get the estimate. February 8th estimate received. Over next 4 weeks very little sanding/prep done. Spoke with management many times. Promises made lies told no results after each call. March 21, 2024 Only 1/3 of coach prepped. Lead painter being pulled off of job to work on other RV's. Many trips into shop very little progress being made during the month of April. Was told every week it would be done the next week. May 14, 2024 Coach painted with very visible mistakes. Still waiting for job to be finished. It has been 4 months!

My wife and I came into Tulsa Camping World to look at motorhomes. Justin ******** met us with a bright and happy smile! He listened to our wants and was able to get us a good selection of campers. He helped in narrowing the options down to the one best for us and it was the one we purchased. He helped setup our navigation system and made sure we were taken care of. We have recommended him to everyone we run into that wants a camper. Thank you Justin!

I purchased a 2022 Gulf Stream Enlighten camper trailer from Camping World of Tulsa. I picked it up April 29, 2023. The salesman told me the refrigerator isn't working but they'll replace it. He first told me it'll take a couple weeks to get it. Then he said "to be honest, it could take 30 days." I agreed that would be OK. It's now been 3 months. I have talked to them several times trying to get this resolved. At one point when I called, the receptionist told me everyone was busy with customers and she asked if they could call me back. I agreed, but no one called back. The next time I called, she said the same thing. I said "No, that's what you said last time and no one called me back." She said she can't be rude to the customer who they are with. I explained that I'm also a customer, and I've been waiting for an answer. She wouldn't do any more to help me. I sent a text to the salesman, who was able to get the manager to call me. He was going to get a hold of Gulf Stream to find out how long it would be. A week later, and still no answer, I called again. Then he was going to contact Gulf Stream, which he obviously didn't already do. Now I'm told Gulf Stream has to contact their supplier to get the answer. The manager said he'll call me back when he finds out. They're doing nothing to solve the problem. It's been 3 months, and still no refrigerator. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this location. I also didn't get the key for the outside storage. I was just recently able to get that issue resolved by the Camping World in Oklahoma City. This has been a most frustrating and disgusting display of their lack of customer service. Instead of just being honest and telling me they can't, or won't take care of this, they keep giving me a runaround. There seems to be no interest in customer service from the service manager. And their rude receptionist is no prize either. I have been trying to be patient with them, and they only take advantage of that.

We located a used RV on the Camping World, Tulsa website. We went there, and met salesman Justin ********* He showed us the RV. We liked it so much that we decided to purchase it. Justin was so friendly and knowledgeable. He made the experience easy, and kept in touch with us until we were able to pick it up. That is when he introduced us to CW technician Russell. He took almost two hours explaining every feature of the coach and answering our questions. He had cleaned it so well that it looked new! Even replaced all six tires because he looked between the treads and saw tiny cracks. We have been RVers for over 40 years, and have never been treated as well as Camping World, and their staff treated us. I highly recommend the Tulsa store for anything RV. Thanks

Recently tried a few times to get a hold of their service department to get a repair quote for my 1995 Ford Shasta cab over. After then not returning my calls or failing to return them at all, I took it upon myself to drive out to their location to see what the issue was. The employee robin and some of her co-workers were great in trying to console me and get to the root of the issue, the department director on duty at the time-was less than satisfactory in helping me. Constant eye rolls, refusal to talk to me, didn't even lift a finger to physically crunch ANY numbers on her computer and simply told her associate Robin, mid chew on some food she had on the floor, "it's going to be $4,000 for diagnostics." The moment I heard that number I almost lost it. I quickly informed the associates and the director that I already had someone run diagnostics, but they were not confident in their skills to do the requested repairs. The repairs in question? I needed a replacement shoreline cable, replacement battery disconnect relay, and replacement power converter box, and all the running wires between the two points. I already knew the power converter needed an upgrade, the one I had is no longer being built. It was a 32 amp. I wanted to upgrade to a 55 amp. The guy I initially talked to had the amp, but not the skill to wire in a new shoreline cable. He was willing to fix everything for $575.25. labor and parts included-had it not been for the rest of the wiring needing total replacement. He did not have the tools to safely fix it. I went to camping world knowing full well, that they would. But a $4,000 diagnostics charge?! Unforgivable! If they didn't want to work on a unit that old, then lead with that! I'm used to hearing it! I am extremely disappointed in the treatment I received and could not get a straight answer in regards to an itemized list justifying the quoted price. I was forced to buy a $600 electric generator as a bandaid in an already horrible situation.
