            Purchased new 2024 ******* Lantern travel trailer on 8/12/2024. We set it up in our driveway to get read for our first camping trip 8/23 - 8/25. Got to camp late that evening. Next morning there is water on the floor. Come to find out the gray water tank is not hooked to the gray water tanks so every time hand wet washed or rinsed a dish it ran on the floor. Sat down to eat and the back of the dinette seat broke. The step has been tweaked so it doesnt open and close. When we bought it they oh that how they are!We have reservations for 8/30-9/2. But they can not fixit for several weeks they tell me. Told me to call a mobile RV repair and they are $150. Before they even come out.

            2022 ********************** 263BH I Purchased this camper new on 3/22/23. First night of having the camper it rained and the slide was leaking from the ceiling and both windows. While it was leaking we noticed that the window housing was missing roughly 5 or 6 screws, Trim with nails sticking out of them, rear outdoor speaker blown, trailer tongue light didn't work, shower lining wasn't sealed. The following Monday we were told to bring it in and everything would be fixed. I met with the General Manager ******** and he assured me that he would make sure everything got taken care of. A week later got the call that everything was finished to come pick it up. When we got there not one single thing had been completed. The service rep ****** tried to smooth it over by getting a caulk gun an half heartedly sealing some of the windows while I was standing there. I called and got ahold of the General Manager ******** again, after about 10 left messages and 2 days. He told me he was trying to clean the dealership up and that he knew it wasn't perfect and that there were a lot of people who didn't do things right within the dealership. He ended up giving me a $500 gift card and his word that he would fix everything so that it didn't escalate further. On 4/19/23 for the third time I went to camping world to pick up the camper and the seals were not sealed on the windows, the trim was still the same, the rear speaker was still blown. And Microwave had been cracked during service trip.Feb 20 2023 Ive taken the Camper in multiple times since these incidents for window leaks, city water connection leaks, and leaks under the kitchen and bathroom sink. After multiple trips to pick up the camper with it still leaking, resulting in me leaving it to get repaired for multiple more months on end they gave me $250 and told me to take a break from the dealership for a year. I have to take it to ******************* now to get fixed. Its still under warranty. No responce from camping world further.

            Since filing the Complaint and receiving the camper back from Camping World who claimed that the City Water Port Connector and Hex piping under kitchen cabinets had been fixed, we hooked the camper up to water and found that both were still leaking in addition to multiple other point under the kitchen cabinetry. We put it in service with ******************* so waiting for warranty to approve for them to actually fix it

            Purchased travel trailer Nov 14, 2022 at the Camping World ,Tulsa Oklahoma.. Dustin was finance officer. It took 2 weeks to obtain copies of paperwork.We decided we did not want GAP Insurance or Service Warranty. We followed instructions on cancelling then sent the forms certified mail on December 21, 2022. Return receipt shows received on Dec 28th. My daughter helps us with these things, as Dustin is well aware. In February, my daughter started the following calls to Camping World told 6-8 weeks, already been 6 weeks, was told it'd be anytime then, March 9th, March 16th, and April 18th Dustin said it showed canceled, just waiting for refund check. He was suppose to call back and he never did. April 20th, Spoke to Will and he seemed sincere and helpful, said they had a lot of these issues and he was working through them. He stated he'd call me Monday or Tuesday with ****rmation. Will never called back. I called every day that week and he's always "busy", I leave message, he doesn't call back, April 28th I told the receptionist that I was left with no choice but to get an attorney and file complaint with BBB. Will called back he was extremely rude and said he couldn't talk to me without my dads authorization, when I tried to explain Dustin had already gotten authorization months ago, he didn't care. I walked next door to my parents. Will is now stating that they have no cancellation paperwork and they need to sign new forms he'd email us. I asked how the warranty was showing cancelled, if they didn't have the paperwork, Dustin had told us several times that it was showing cancelled and waiting on check. Will didn't care, he was extremely rude and short and said he'd email form and it'd be 4-6 weeks before refund would hit bank. It will be over 5 months from the date Camping World signed the certified mail for the cancellation request, Dec 28th. We just want these warranties cancelled and refunded. Shouldn't take 5 months to cancel and refund our money.

            Thank you.  I have spoken with the regional finance manager Rex,  and he assured me this would be taken care of.  I just received another call from DeShawn in accounting, he was very helpful and is cutting the refund check tomorrow and 

            Sending it over night to the finance company,  
             
            So, all should be resolved.  Thank you for your help.
