      Helpful and accommodating technician. I wasnt prepared when they arrived. They made it their responsibility to seek me out and schedule a new appointment so I could get what I needed. I believe the technicians name was *******. He was so pleasant.Thank you Alert 360.

      Weve been having a few minor technical problems. However, Alert 360 is responsive and you can count on them to appreciate and address concerns. Our tech today was excellent and addressed our concerns with a smile.
