Traded in 2014 Kia. Was not aware I was supposed to take my tag. They told me nothing. Now I am receiving notices in the mail from the state of Texas for the tag still on the Kia. Joe Cooper is refusing to call me back. Email me. Communicate with me in any manner.

Went to the dealership and they showed me a truck that had a sticker on the windshield that said “certified preowned” I asked the salesman if it was indeed certified and he confirmed that it was. After a few hours we finally decided on a price and just before we went back to finance the salesman returned. He stated the vehicle was actually not certified but since the sticker was on the window it had gone through the certification process and was certified but not officially. Drove the truck off the lot and transmission went out. They replaced it with a used one. Days later rear differential goes out, as well as the starter, battery, camshaft, and crankshaft. Spoke to several people at the dealership and they said to bring it back so they could make it right but they were only going to offer me half of what I paid for it not even 2 months ago. Not even 1,000 miles. Sales manager told me he would not even have that car on the lot even though they did. He also said that even if we would have purchased the extended warranties (which we didn’t because we were under the impression that it was certified) they would not have covered all the problems anyways.

I purchased a car from this dealership and had it shipped to me in Virginia. When I received it, I noticed a noise coming from what sounded like the rear end. I immediately contacted my salesman and he reported it to management. I was blown off for a period of time but finally was answered. I was told to take the car to the BMW dealership here, ***** ***, to have it looked at. The shop manager drove the car with me and he immediately knew it was a bad transfer case. I informed Joe Cooper Dodge. The manager there agreed and told me to go ahead and and take it to the get repaired. The costs ended up over $8000. My car is still in the shop pending payment. If it is not taken care of shortly the repair shop is going to take ownership and I will be forced to continue paying off the balance of my loan with no car. Please help me.

Good morning ***** this is an update contract that there offering me which I think is unfair because it would have me paying from what I can see $7396 more than the original deal that was agreed upon and also on yesterday I have a voicemail where they’re threatening me that I don’t have a deal and when I drove away because there was no agreement they’re saying that they can report the car stolen. So I told them they are more than welcome to pick it up after saying that that’s when I receive this update by email because I requested it Because I told them I would never return to their property because I felt uncomfortable specially after telling me, I don’t have a deal and basically telling me I’m stealing the vehicle if that makes sense. Please let me know when you get this message. Trying to decide on what I need or not need to do.
