      I ordered one of there bottles and when I went to use it it was leaking quit a bit of water. I reached out to the company within 36 hours or receiving the bottle to let them know to ask for a replacement. They asked for a video which I sent to them via e-mail and after that I have not heard anything back. I have reached out three other separate times and they will not respond. They offer a ************************************************************************************************* refund.

      Received ION bottle on February 5, 2024. Could not get the generator off the bottom of the bottle. Contacted the company that day. Mind you they do not have phone numbers only TXT or email. Didn't receive a response, kept emailing getting no where. I received an email February 21, 2024 saying they strive on their customer service and what could they do to make things right. I said like I said in all my emails start the return process so I can get my refund. Crickets.

      I ordered this water bottle and it broke so I tried to then order a replacement glass to see if that would fix the leak issue and that did not work. I have texted the number they list and never received a response and I did that 10 times. I have emailed about 6 times to only ever get a blanket response asking for a picture. I have sent pics and videos. Still no response. After searching reviews online I find this is a major issue people report and can never get a reply return or refund. I am unsure of what else to do but this company should not be allowed to operate.

      I have paid for a product. The company keeps sending me emails stating that the product has shipped, but the shipping information is incorrect. Every time, I reach out for an explanation, I get no response. I paid for this product over a month ago and I have still not received the product. Original hydrogen water bottle.

      I ordered their product for $150. It did not work once. I tried to call their listed number and it's disconnected, and when I emailed them with the issue they hassled me over sending a video clip that was too big to attach showing the problem even though they have a 45 day hassle free return policy listed on their website. Multiple people from their business emailed me asking for a video clip. But as soon as I asked for the hassle free refund, and offered to send it back to them, everyone stopped responding, and all the emails are sent from one single email address. This business is a money grab scam. They pumped money into a marketing campaign for a product that does not work, and they do not live up to their return policies. They are acting like a money grab scam that instantly ghosts you as soon as you ask for the hassle free return on their product that does not work one single time.

      I bought a hydrogen Tritan Sport Hydrogen Water Jug for $99.99 along with the lifetime warranty $49.99 from ionbottles.com I pre-ordered it on 12-2-23 due to a influx of orders claimed by the manufacturer it was delayed. I received it January 8th I ran a Orp test on it on the 9th thought since the box itself says it has a negative Orp of -640mV let's test the claims. After testing it showed it was no where near -640mV I work in wastewater and do this test everyday. I filled out the forms on the website multiple times with no response and there was no way to get a response. I then wrote emails through Gmail so I can see if they looked at my email's and have proof that I tried to contact them. I got back very generic response the latest one you could tell it was a pre-written email cause it has things in the email that have nothing to do with my email response. I'm frustrated beyond belief hopefully you can help me thank you for your time and have a great day!

      After purchasing ionbottle with the additional lifetime warranty I had severe quality issues. I reached out and was helped with a replacement. The replacement now had the exact same issues and stopped working. I reached out and was told Id need to pay shipping for a replacement. And that I was outside of the 45 day window yet I have a life time warranty? Then after voicing my displeasure I was offeeed a *************************************************************************** the replacement? Because ******************************* Manager choose to be garbage if your offering a $20 refund why wouldnt that be applied to the shipping? Again I need a replacement for my replacement. This is unacceptable and I want a replacement for the faulty c*** quality product with free shipping as why would I pay for shipping when its their quality issue not mine.

      I ordered a new product from this company that arrived used and damaged. The company advertises a 45 days hassle free return policy. I have reached out to the company 4 times via email. I received 1 initial response but then silence after that. The company does not have a working phone number. I simply want to return this item for a full refund. It's in the original packaging and I have not used it. The business advertises as American but they drop ship from *****. I don't trust the company because of the false advertising and DON'T want an exchange. Refund only.

      Purchased (3) of the ion pro water bottle systems with order#*****.When we opened the first water bottle it did not turn on and bubbles did not appear sent videos of the issue to customer support. Got delayed responses all week long (12/25) thru (12/29). The other 2 water bottles did not lite up red to show that they are charging so the bottles are completely dead and will not recharge they worked had bubbles appear when on with a blue light and double press of the button. Water is leaking out of the charging port so water and electricity is not to bright. Not getting any response when I asked for an exchange of the product at all! The telephone number is bad and it just gives you a busy signal. No other means to get ahold or speak to them beginning to believe this is a scam company!!!
