I purchased 4 table cloths and 3 dozen napkins, all in the same color. The napkins were more of a true ivory, whereas the table cloths were white; even though we ordered the same color. In addition, the table cloths were not the dimensions advertised on the website. I contacted customer service to inform them of the issue, but they were unable to resolve, even though I had sent a photo to show the variation in colors.Business response

Hello,
As you can see from the conversation, our customer service representative followed the procedures as instructed and trained. These tablecloths were purchased on April 26th, and we were contacted after the event regarding issues with the items received. As an online shopper myself, especially for special occasions, I always check what I receive, particularly if it's for a wedding. It is difficult to believe they couldn't check the items before the wedding.
Despite giving them the benefit of the doubt, our procedures require us to ask for pictures of the tags to verify the color and size. The customer denied providing these images because the tags had been removed from the linens, which is also hard to believe since removing sewn-on tags can damage the linen. Additionally, the customer provided photos of the *********************** being used, and we cannot accept used products for safety reasons. Its unclear how else we could have resolved this situation when the customer was not willing to cooperate.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because I disagree in which the matter that it was written. The linens were purchased and left in a box until they were taken to my wedding venue the morning of. On the day of my wedding, our venue, who had recommended the business, had stated that the table cloths were different shades than the napkins (as corroborated in the photo previously shared). She also mentioned the shape of the table cloths was not as advertised. I dont appreciate the commentary stating that the business is surprised I didnt check the merchandise upon receiving. I didnt think I needed to, I expected to receive what I ordered, as stated on the website. Making claims about finding it hard to believe someone wouldnt check the merchandise lacks relevance and is inappropriate.Initial Complaint

I am giving this review based on the actual product as well as the way my concerns were handled (or not handled!) I ordered 6 tablecloths for my daughters wedding. Of the 6, one was sewn incorrectly and was not a circle, one had dirty spots on it and one actually had small black hairs imbedded in it. I notified customer service, and they asked for pictures. But as this was 3 days before the wedding, I didnt have the time to handle the situation immediately. After the wedding, I again contacted customer service and sent a picture of the defective one. I did not have pictures of the condition that the other two had arrived in, as I had them cleaned for the wedding. **************** waited a day to contact me, then said it had been over 30 days and refused to provide a resolution.Initial Complaint

I had first ordered through the ******* app. these items with the same company. My order was canceled with no explanation. I then went to their website where I purchased the items again. I ordered white napkins and tablecloths and it was white shantung silk fabric and when I received it it has a hint of grey undertone in the color. Since this wasnt the color I ordered I was unable to use it for our event. I contacted the company repeatedly (in excessive of 5-6 times) asking for a call but they dont provide phone service at this time! Then I asked for a prepaid label and full refund under the circumstances the color wasnt really a white. They said they will only take it back with a 20 percent restocking fee and I have to pay my own shipping. I asked over and over for a one time courtesy to their policy and they refused. Everything is in the original packaging and the original box. Please help me resolve this with the company all I want is a prepaid label to return the items and get a full refund. I truly feel if you dont receive what you thought you ordered you should be able to return the items and still get a full refund. Thank you for your help. I ordered from the website, (order #*****). Yesterday I received email that order was delivered by ***** I did not receive it. I checked my mailbox and yard as well as those of the neighbors. I emailed the company. Their response received today said check my mailbox, nothing more. They do not list a phone number but I found one by searching online. When you dial the number it consistently goes to a busy signal. I either want my order or want my money reimbursed.Customer response

I purchased 85X85 inch tablecloths . I noticed there was at least 12 tablecloths all wrinkled like they were wadded up. I looked at least 6 of them one had black specs that looked like mold, another one had an iron **** the others had stains. I think they actually put some of their rental returns in the bags. I contacted the company and received a nasty email stating they were sealed and the wrinkles would iron out. The other new tablecloths I received had their normal folds etc. My complaint is that not all of them are new. In the picture of the two the one package shows new and the second package is all wrinkled and have stains on them.Initial Complaint

I ordered 16 table cloths, they were a great price and were supposed to be 90"x132". When I received them they were over 6" too short both in length and width. I thought they sent me the wrong ones so I reached out to their customer service. First they said that they are cut by hand and sometimes errors are made. ( and I can understand an inch or so but 6" on all sides is too much "human error". They were ALL cut short by the same amount so I found that hard to believe. But in order to return them they were going to make me pay for shipping. ( which, ok, I can live with) but also a 20% restocking fee. Which I don't think is right because they are knowingly selling a different size product then they are mailing out. And their response to me is- that's just what we do. So I just want some of my money back because I received smaller products than I paid for. Or for them to send me the right size product. Thank you!
