      So I have been putting bags of bottles into the drop and have not been credited for the bottles the last 5 times. Then today I tried to print a ticket at a bottle drop in store machine at ********************* interstate and when I printed the ticket to cash out the machine said it was Printing but did not. There's no way to get any help in store and this amounts to highway robbery.

      I have been using BottleDrop for years and Ive never once had bags go missing in their system. I waited the 7 days that they suggest to be credited for the bags being dropped in the door. I reached out to customer support and they spent emails back and forth arguing with me and insinuating I was lying to get credit. Its wildly unprofessional, like I said this is the FIRST time I have ever complained. The person writing the emails (which I have screenshots of) is being very condescending and unprofessional in the manner of this complaint. I would like the credit I am due but at this point its a lost cause. BottleDrop is a monopoly down here in *********** so what other options do I have? If I still lived in *********, ** I would have some other options. I have lived in ********, Salem and ********* where I have never had issues like this, in a MUCH more populated city. Its baffling and disappointing to be treated like I am lying to get my credit. Im not sure what to do since I already reached out to bottle drops support team, so Ive decided to file a complaint.

      Somebody just showed me how I can do an account online to find out what I've actually dropped to the bottle drop I is obvious in my history when I've been ripped off and when I have not for what I have dropped off through their slot I have been ripped off a ton of money and there's no way you can get any help from them they completely blow you off and it's not just me many other people have seen the same thing that's what initiated my first response to set up an online profile to see exactly what was going on that's how I found out they need to give me a serious refund they need to fix their most of all they need to fix their services then you stop ripping people off nothing worse than people ripping off a person who's just trying to get the deposit back on a item they drank that's insane that's just horrible.

      8/8/2022 I have been trying to purchase green bottle bags and redeem the cash owed to me. The voucher machines were down at **** ***** (20% more purchasing power) where I found green bags for full price because the kiosk is down. **** ***** employees cant extend the 20%. I arrived to **** ***** from ******* (kiosk also off line) via the ****** Redemption Center where one person was working and ****************** line to have can counted. No cash. No bags. No service. I needed to buy bags. For days. I was at Target yesterday. Redeemed cash voucher. Supervisor called to cash out because employees dont know how and if they can cash out *****. BiMart, RiteAidits awful. Wasting gas and time. I have written complaints to the Oregon Bottle Drop. No responses. Who is running this program? I want to file complaints with the State. Its my money. This program need an overhaul or better oversight.

      Bottledrop has shorted me by miscounting bags. They don't count returns accurately. They loose bags. I pay bottle deposits and the store and expect my return. They are ripping people off..

      I forest was dropping off my green bags on wensday the 20th of July. Between 12 and 12:05 at the bottle drop in ***********. When a bottle drop employee kicks the gate into my truck. I forest told the bottle drop employee "hey that's my truck." The bottle drop employee than slammed the gate into the truck as hard as he could. The bottle drop employee than says " you should not park here." ********** came out to adress the damage.So to the point there manager refuses to give me access to the video and refuses to give me the bottle drop Insurance information so I can fille a claim. And refuses to give me the corporate phone number.

      dropped 12 bags got credit for 11. dose not seem to be a way to contact these folks. I sent them a email. no response. ****** drop account *********. all bags dropped 6/20/22. it took a number of days for them count them and they missed one.

      I have taken bottles and cans to this redemption center multiple times. And this business has tried to take hold my money from me 2 times. The first time the company would not give me money trying to say i never took in any cans when in fact it showed on the company that i had. I told them i was going to the police for theft if they didnt refund me my money. And now for the second time they are doing it again. And now im going to the police.

      Hello. I am currently locked out of my account, and have no resolution forward for how to resolve this issue.Several months ago, I noticed an unauthorized $4.00 charge on my BottleDrop account. Using the web-based contact form, I reported this issue, and asked for more information. I did not receive a reply from this request, and assumed it had gone unanswered.For several weeks, nothing happened, until my account stopped working for logging into kiosks. I assumed it was an issue with my PIN, and did not explore further. I could still drop off bags into my account successfully. However, eventually my account no longer let me deposit green bags, and I went into a standalone BottleDrop location for assistance.I was told that, due to my initial report, my account was flagged for fraud, and I would have to call customer service directly for more information. I did so, and was told that they investigation was ongoing, and I should expect a call back with more information, and how to proceed.Six weeks passed without contact. Today, I called the BottleDrop customer service again to follow up. I was told that this account, and any others (current OR future) that might be opened under ANY of my contact information, would be immediately closed due to fraud. The fraud that I initially reported at the start of this process. When I asked directly if there was any way forward for me to create a BottleDrop account or re-open my existing ones, so I can use the service, I was told flat-out, "No."This is, frankly, unacceptable. For reporting a $4.00 mischarge, I am now completely blacklisted from ever using this service, and there is no path available for me to fix the issue. I regret ever contacting **************** and reporting this. I am giving BottleDrop a chance to fix this issue and contact me to determine the resolution that lets me continue to participate in the program I raised an issue to in good faith. Thank you.

Our ************************** de-activated this account due to concerns regarding violations of the BottleDrop Terms and Conditions, which customers agree to upon opening a BottleDrop account. The activity in question preceded the issue raised by the customer in the customers most recent inquiry to ****************.The de-activation of the account was not a response to the communication regarding the additional charge for purchases of BottleDrop account supplies. **************** has made additional contact with the customer as requested.

      I am currently at the bottle drop center in bend Oregon the manager here came outside and started screaming and cussing at my daughter for dumping water out outside by the door so I came down here tried to discuss the matter with her she started screaming at me over the counter so I talked to the security guard he told me that we could come in here and that we can redeem our bottles because he agreed with me that she was out of line as me and my daughter are doing so the manager comes up behind me smacks my arm out of the way and pushes the cash out button so I started putting bottles back in the machine because she walked behind the door where the bottles are she comes back from around there pushes me with her hips out of the way and at that point I pushed her back so she walked back around and she stopped the machine she is still not gave it giving me my money the security guard that was here went back to the back to speak with her she started screaming and yelling at him in front of everybody and told him to go for the day
