I got a 2nd box of bags and stickers since starting this company last year because I loved it and wanted to continue doing so. Then, come Mid-March (starting the 24th) I began taking bags in once/week after work in the evening (since the North Portland/Hayden Meadows location is always packed mid-day) and I have only gotten 1 credit on my account for a few bucks since March!! Thats nearly 8 bags now that are missing and a fraction of what my bags are filled with. I always use this location and am upset that my emails and calls are going unanswered. What is the issue? This didn't happen to me before March, now I have wasted time hauling and packing this crud down there to only complain?? This is ridiculous.Business response

This was my 2nd time to use the bottledrop.ca to refund the refundable bottles. The first time, which was last september, I was happy since the amount was close to my estimation. $186. This pickup today, I have a lot more bottles with significant more volumes than the first pickup, but the total amount is only $104: only half or less of my rough estimation. When I dropped my bottles myself at botttle depot myself many time before I use the bottledrop, I know what were the bottle amounts for $100. I might have too many today and bottledrop.ca has messed up with others. Thanks for the attentionBusiness response
