I booked this hotel online. When I checked in, I asked the ladies at the reservation desk if I could Check out the room before I committed to paying. I explained why and the ladies agreed and said they completely understood. The staff member, ******* walked me to a room upstairs. I pulled the bed back to check for signs of bed bugs. None noted but lots of hair on the sheets on both beds. I showed *******. In the bathroom, there was a hair in the bathtub and hairs stuck to the bottom of the toilet seat. There was trash under the bed and food around the carpet. The refrigerator, microwave and dresser drawers were dirty. I showed the employee, *******. We checked out two other rooms on the top floor and they were also dirty. In one of the rooms, the toilet had p*** on the toilet seat. I spent an hour here and I was on a special vacation with my daughter. We ended up leaving unsatisfied. This hotel is dirty!
