    Business Response

    Date: 10/21/2022

Hello, I am reaching out in regards to the complaint filed above #********.  After reading the complaint none of the details match what occurred. States in complaint they purchased the vehicle on 08/15/2021 the vehicle was actually purchased on 08/09/2022. We informed ************** that the pully had to be replaced before he could take possession of the vehicle. against our persistent requests for him not to leave in the vehicle. ************** and His caretaker insisted that they take the vehicle. We in turn responded that it could result in expensive damages. ************** and his caretaker ignored our concerns. I made several attempts to reach out to ************** after they drove off to get him to return and have the pully fixed. On 08/18/2022 ************** finally reached out to me and said the belt had finally snapped. I asked why he did not listen when we asked him not to leave in it. He only replied I tried not to let her drive it but she would not listen. on 08/19/2022 ************** had the truck towed in.  In the complaint it states that the cost to fix the pully and belt was $1800. This is not accurate at all the actual bill was quoted at $799.95. That is also what was billed to him as the supporting documentation provided by our service department shows. ************** came in and paid the $799.95 with check#*** on 08/24/2022 also shown in the supporting documents. When ************** left he was very happy with the services we provided. He did state that he was upset that his caretaker was not listening to him. Also, the email the complaint is filed under does not match the email for **************. We have **************** the phone number as well is not **************, his number is ************. With all the documentation showing that the allegations are not factual we are requesting this complaint be dismissed.

    Thank you so much,
    *****
