Hi! My name is *************************. My family stayed at your ******* Hot springs resort on April,29th-May,1st this year (RV 35 reservation)For some reason, probably by mistake or because of some technical issues, we were charged TWICE the same amount of money $126.44 (at the same day, at the same moment) . I reached out to resort asking them what was the reason and they submitted the fact of wrong charge. (you can see their response below)After that we came to our bank, as your employees suggested, to dispute this charge. The bank put the courtesy credit for this dispute on my account. But a mean awhile after the research they had to remove this credit because ********** spring resort was insisting that the charge was correct! I sent them some files prozseving that it was not my bank's charge and fault. They are keeping to insist that they charged us just once and sending us again to the bank. It looks like a silly ping pong game, I swear. Now I'm going to the bank again and I asked the resort to send me some kind of a copy of my receipt. But the problem is the managers are just ignoring me. They don't respond my letters. How can I get my money back? I demand a full refund of disputing amount of money. Thank you

      Hello

When guest first contacted me, I told them they had only been charged the one time and if they need to look into further to contact their bank. After receiving a dispute from their bank, I enclosed all daily reports from day before, day of (when we did charge the one time) and the day after. If we would have charged the guest twice, we would have refunded as soon as we saw what happened.

I have attached the accounting reports to show the same reports I sent in for the dispute. It includes day before, day of and day after.

Please let me know if you need anything else from me.

      Thank you

      ******* Hot Springs/*************************/ Manager
