    We bought a Jeep Patriot from Synergize Auto on 1/6/24. We were told the brakes needed replacing, and thus after purchase, we brought the car to a mechanic, who immediately told us we were sold a car with significant safety issues and extensive suspension repairs were necessary for it to be safe to drive. We knew these issues must have happened to the car prior to purchase, as we had hardly driven the car since buying it due to knowing the brakes needed replacing and due to the ice storm that encapsulated Portland. He recommended we contact Synergize to inquire how they can help make the situation right. We then called Synergize, who requested our mechanics notes. Over 2 follow-up calls, Synergize seemed aware of our concerns, but they did not want to help as we hoped. We said we expected to purchase a safe vehicle and would like them to cover the specific repairs to the suspension that are making the car unsafe which should have been repaired before the sale. No customer should drive off the lot in an unsafe vehicle. They declined, told us not all cars can go up on the racks to be checked and things can get missed and only offered to recommend a mechanic they knew who would give us a good deal on the repairs. We understand we purchased a car as-is. We expected it to need routine repairs. But the state of repairs needed is beyond that. These safety concerns should have been diagnosed and addressed by Synergize Auto before selling it. Synergize should never have let us operate or purchase a car that could have caused us harm. Ultimately, we expected to purchase a safe car, and that is all we desire: for Synergize to cover what it would cost them to repair the suspension issues (that make the car unsafe), which they shouldve invested in before the sale. We do not seek coverage for the several other repairs. We believe this is a very fair ask. We dont want anyone else to drive off the lot in an unsafe car.

    I bought a used car for my daughter at Synergize Auto. The experience was great! She loves it!We don't expect a used car to be perfect because it's used but when we picked it up Synergize did the best job possible with it, we were amazed! We tell everyone we know to only go to Synergize Auto for a car - we even had one friend who was looking for a particular car that they helped them find and be able to buy it even though it wasn't available on their lot! They are awesome!
