  If I could not give any stars, I would. I've never been a tenant in their AZ property but I have good friends that live their and the c*** they do to these tenants is ridiculous. I will be speaking to our state's attorney general very soon.

  Believe people when they say that this place is literally h*** *** and her ogre boyfriend will harass you to no end. Maintenance orders, go months and months and months without being filled. Snow is left to turn to ice so that old tenants are left to fall. Managers daughter and her husband run drugs in and out of the Complex. Everything is outdated, and the only thing the manager cares about is bragging to people about how she gets to paint her unit, her favorite shade of purple and has a camper parked outside her unit, which is against the lease and has an entire fenced yard for her dogs. They are only MO is to threaten and harass their disabled tenants. Formal requests to corporate are a complete waste of time. Everybody in the community knows how terrible this complex is including the local DV shelter that openly speaks on how horrible management is here. Please do not move here unless its your absolute last option and even then know that you were walking into h*** on earth.

  Does NOT follow the law. Suppose to have support animal 95 days and counting without it. ****** **** ****** refusing to allow it (it's a cat) keeps saying regional manager has to approve) last time I looked at law unless it's certain breeds of dogs they to allow support animals. I have a Drs letter stating this from day 1 of moving in. Tried getting help from her regional manager and they were useless never did anything about it nor called me back. VIRIDIAN is the worst management company I have ever came across or rented from

  How many times do I need to tell someone about Veridian Management. They are the worst management company ever. Dont ever believe a Single word out there mouths. They bully disabled seniors . Into such situations they they have to move cause of there harassment. And Im the one they bullied. ***** M well shes such a bully that she made me cry in front of another tenant . In top of that . Lets not forget the **************** Numerous to mention. I have a video. Oh lets continue. Now lets talk about *********** Shes known what went on . And refused to honor a letter from fair housing. Pertaining to all of the mental abuse I experienced while your employees asked me about my dead husbands money. They had no business asking me . Which by the way. I already lost it then ..And lets not pretend your employee asking me my gender classification WHAT THE HECK . No management company I ever put an application in ever asked me that question. Lets not forget my service animal . I told you And ***** s response. Literally was against ADA *********** Need I say more.

  This is the worst management company I have seen. They are abusing the elderly and disabled with their lack of respect and maintenance of their apartments. I am living in a new remodeled apartment with no air conditioning as is another tenant. They removed locks on the security gates and disabled our door intercom system. ******* out wireless service. It rains in my newly remodeled kitchen. Shall I go on?When we call corporate offices no one at all responds. They higher a maintenence man with no experience. ***..

  This management company has been known for harassing tenants. And disabled seniors who are unable to handle such matters. Like calling them out on the basis of there disabilities. And having them so mentally broken. That no one wants to say anything. Im tired of hearing that my voice isnt heard. I have solid proof of them violating my rights as a disabled woman. And fact is forcing me to sign papers under duress also . They have done it to others as well. Im familiar with the process of defamation of character which this manager in *********** did to me . also familiar with that I filed a case with Fair Housing!! And I think this so wrong by this point. My old neighbor moved away too because of the abuse

  I moved into my rental property solely on the promise that there was a non smoking policy in the lease that was strictly enforced. Things were great the first year when said policy was enforced but then Viridian bought the property outright. At that point the lease stopped being enforced. In their haste to move as many people in as possible, they moved meth addicts and heroin users and criminals from every part of town in and the place became a dump. The drugs and smoking were allowed and it didn't matter how many complaints were written, nothing would be done to fix the problems. It is a HUD property but they don't follow HUD regulations and only care about keeping the units full to make more money. There is even a unit where the ******* is in jail and her friends are squatting while manufacturing meth in her unit while she is gone. Another ******* almost died when found unresponsive after an overdose on her bathroom floor. Tenants have no right to safety or security and several have gotten sick due to the drugs, cigarettes, and mold. Viridian has turned this property into the ghetto and won't even listen to the government when it comes to fixing the problems that need fixed. The amount of secondhand cigarette smoke and what ever other drugs my family is forced to breathe everyday due to my chain smoking neighbor is killing our health especially my asthmatic husband. The manager does what she can but upper management refuses to let her take any action to rectify the situation for fear of losing "money" (tennants). Whatever you do, don't move into a property ran by this management company. They don't care about people.

  Terrible place to live. More like a penitentiary and is managed like one too. The on site manager tries to control the tenants lives preventing them from enjoying their day peacefully. This isn't just my opinion ask anyone who currently lives there or has lived there since 2016 when the current manager took the thrown. If you enjoy having your privacy invaded, harassed, photographed & watched by her own personal security guards, while also being recorded by surveillance cameras 24/7 anytime you step outside and she has a drone flying around sometimes watching over all of the tenants and even follows our guests when they leave sometimes all the way to their homes so she can get their addresses to trespass them when she randomly decides to without any real reason other than her made up stories. Unless you get into other tenants business and tell her everyone else's business to get on her good side she will violate you for anything she can find and when she can't find something she will change what the lease agreement says or add her own rule that doesn't exist in it and violate you for that and don't even dare try pointing out she is wrong about anything even when she is because she won't want to hear it and in her eyes you will always be wrong and she will always be right even with you trying to show her the proof to back up your claim and that will just get you on her worst side even though being on her good side isnt much better at all. Her office was targeted in a drive by shooting and was also burglarized all within a month and every tenants personal information that she keeps openly on her desk in her unsecured office that some teenagers were able to simply get into was stolen and after wards several of ** tenants identity was used to open fraudulent accounts by using our identity including my own. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit through an attorney over the matter for not informing any of ** tenants about our personal information being stolen.

  I feel that with the outrageous number of people that have been screwed over by viridian management, we should come together and make them be held accountable. I know with my situation alone there is grounds for a lawsuit, and from reading these reviews it appears there is potential for multiple lawsuits. Maybe get a class action started?
