A full refund of the cost of your Certificate of Completion will be issued to the account used to purchase your Certificate of Completion if an application is denied due to the nature of our training only. All refunds render the certificate invalid. Any attempt to process an invalid certificate will constitute fraud, and will be prosecuted.
