    Pattern of Complaint:

    On October 19, 2020, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints pertaining to firearms certifications from American Conceal, Inc. Consumers report paying for, and completing a certified firearms training course, however, several weeks after completing the online safety course, they have not received their certificates. Consumers further state when attempting to contact the company to ascertain the status of their certificate using their advertised contact information, American Concealed, Inc becomes unresponsive to requests for assistance.

    On October 19, 2020, Better Business Bureau reached out to the business to address the consumer complaints. Although the business did not respond, American Conceal, Inc. does have a history of responding to complaints submitted to BBB, and consumers are indicating they are receiving the training certificates via email.

      On July 22nd 2024 at approximately 11:45 p.m. I completed a concealed weapons training through American concealed *** located out of Oregon. It's advertised to complete the course online for $70 they are also to include a bonus which includes Target sheets and two electronic books in reference to handgun safety. I also paid an additional $14 to have an official copy mailed to me but when I received the email stating that I should have my email version within 15 minutes and if not check your spam, it was never received, I started to worry a little. I proceeded to go online and contact the company however their method of contact is unrealistic as I've read in previous complaints for the same company I can agree that it does definitely say server error form not sent and I've taken several screenshots of this error that also displays the different times that I attempted to send a message to the company. They are not reachable as the phone number provided no one answers and their mailbox is full.

      June 20 2024 completed the online course and paid the course fee of $70 to obtain my concealed weapons permit from the American concealed website.. I never received the link to print my certificate and have tried contacting them twice via their email they provided me.. have had no response.. went to their website and tried to send an email through there but it kept failing and would never send I'm afraid that this is a scam and I would like to get my money back please advise me what I should do next

      ******.. thank you for the quick response... Just as I was reading your email I received an email from American concealed.com it contained a digital copy of my certificate.. I do apologize for wasting your time in this matter.. though it has been resolved.. thank you and enjoy your holiday

      I like many others have complained about have purchased and passed my concealed carry safety certification, which was $70. I received my receipt email saying I'd receive my download email within 15 minutes, now 2 days later and nothing. When i go to the website and try and contact them I get a server error message, when I call the number it instantly goes to a full voice mail. This is unacceptable if they are having internal issues they should shut down sells intill they resolve their issues. They are only digging themselves a deeper hole by ripping people off. I either my my certification or my money back asap. This seems to be the only way to get in contact with these guys

      I took the online concealed training and paid $70.00 dollars for it. I immediately received an email stating I would receive my certificate of completion in 15 minutes. I never received it. Phone number provided goes straight to voice-mail with a full mail box. "Server error" is shown when I try to contact their provided online services. I want my certificate 1st or money back 2nd. Please respond.

      I went to the website and completed the training course video, I the took the test and passed on May 16th 2024. I completed the transaction of entering my card info and paid the $70 to get my email certificate. I immediately received an emailing containing the free things that were offered and a statement that I would receive the email containing my certificate within 15 minutes and I never received it. I have tried multiple times to contact them by calling (Automatically goes to the voicemail which is full and can not leave a message), using the form on the website (Server error: message not sent) and contacting them by replying to the emails that have been sent to me. I have gotten no response to the emails and am unable to contact them otherwise to receive my certificate or a refund.

      I paid for the concealed weapons certification but was never sent the certificate of completion. No answer on the provided phone number on the website or by email. This guy is a scam artist and even sent a auto generated message to finish the payment process to try and get me to pay twice.

We can manually send you your digital certificate which is supposed to be automated, however, in your case there was a glitch.       Took concealed carry course online with this company. I have not received test results or certificate but was charged for it. I have called multiple times and emailed them with no response at all. I think I have been scammed.
