On March 21, 2022, I contacted Alchemy Patio for a patio project for my home. A "designer" named ******************** required a $7,200 deposit before the project could start. I agreed to the deposit, paid the deposit, and signed their contract. Where I lived, I was required to give the required details of the project to the *** before it could begin. After constant delays and back and forth, with many excuses from the company, I finally satisfied the ***'s requirements for the patio project to begin. By then, months had gone by, and it was August 3, 2022. Once I told *** we could start the patio, he simply dismissed me, saying he was constantly busy and that he would get back to me later. He never did, only when I persisted in asking. On August 5, 2022, a lady named ******************************* called. She was from their office. We scheduled the patio installation for September 3, 2022. By the time September 2, 2022 came by, I called Kirstie to confirm the appointment, but there was no answer and their voicemail was full. I then messaged ***, but it seemed he had blocked my number. I used a different number to call him and he picked up immediately. I told him the situation, and then ******* called me back 10 minutes later. She told me to cancel the appointment for September 3 and reschedule for September 17, 2022, because her mom had died. I told her to just cancel the project and give me a refund, and she agreed. She would give me a check for my refund by September 17, 2022. As of October 3, 2022, both *** and ******* had blocked my number and I still never got my deposit back. ************************ is also the owner of the Four Seasons OLC.
