    August 20 2024 ****** a brand new ****** Rav 4 Took it home then took it to this company for wrap work.Picked the car up and it had scratches down both sides. I called owner he Indicated he would arrange the repair work. I did not receive any follow up contact from him. I have called, text, emailed all with no reply.

    The merchant replied.
    He offered "his buddy" ***** fix the scratch.
    It was noted upon getting the vehicle home there was actually multiple scratches on both sides of the car. Scratches appear to be from a belt buckle, **** button or ladder/step stool.
    The wrap he placed on the car is bubbling, lifting and peeling off.
    The quality of the work is very poor.
    I cannot allow this man to work any further on this brand new $51,000.00  2 day old auto.
    Merchant refuses to provide his insurance company information so a claim can be filed for repair which is approximately $17000.00

    Being a professional and working in the Industry, I do business with other businesses.  My so called ******** owns a respectable shop.  Producing high quality of work, quite capable of correcting anything you mentioned.  Your ******* that you knew and insisted on getting your quote- that is a joke.  The $17,000 is gauging, unrealistic and you are seeking financial gain.  Again, bullying and aggressive tactics are not appreciated. You have already gotten a satisfactory answer from your Insurance.  That again- I was not found to be at fault.  And your CC will most likely be reversed.  

    Again, you have expressed your dissatisfaction.  You have received funds from State Farm to close your claim, which I am not to be at fault.  Going from not in communication to not letting me correct any issue you had- you are not honest.  This is turning into the Lion and Donkey.

    I hope your ******* at Superior Auto Parts meets your high standards. And we can both move on.

    I am rejecting 

    the quality of work is poor. when you take your brand new car for improvement custom work you should not go home with scratches down both sides of the  car and poor quality work.

    the wrap is lifting, bubbling and has creases around mirrors. His work is awful. If you go to a surgeon and he does injury to you Do you go back again?? If you get rotten food from a dirty restaurant do you go back ?? I don't and I should not be expected to.

    He should have turned this to his insurance company IF he even has insurance which I seriously doubt. I would have included pictures but this system would not attach them

    This matter should be closed already.  It was offered and scheduled to correct any issues.  The ***************** has closed this issue and you now continue to harass.  It was offered to correct, you declined and came up with $17,000 quote from a shady repair shop.  Shameful.  Wrap Haus did your work, not signs and wonders.  Again you are litigious    Your insurance has taken care of this matter and Im not at fault.

    please consider this closed as you have gained monetarily.  And you did not provide an opportunity to let me correct any issues.
