      I am on ********* 10 yrs ago I had a colonoscopy. 2 polyps were found. ******** refers this as a preventative health service. No charge to person on ********* I was never billed. It was time for my next colonoscopy. 1 polyp was found. I received a bill from Good ******* for $663.13. , a bill from the doctor for $227.89. I have spent numerous time on calls to ********* doctor and the hospital. The Doctor zeroed out the bill . The Hospital continues to harass me on this. They sent me to collections. I called collections got voicemail and told them it was for a 100% paid for colonoscopy.After several calls with Good ******* and a 3 way with ********, Good ******* Billingand myself. Billing took it out of collections.On the 3 way call it was determined Good ******* did not code it correctly. So Good ******* rebilled ********* I still am getting billed. !! I have met with 2 others from the hospital. They sent me a letter stating they are investigating and will respond in 30 days. After approx 40 days I called them again because I've not heard anything. I was told they're still looking into it and she will send me another letter today, stating that. This letter stated they were still reviewing it and the goal is to provide me with a timely resolution. Not sure about you but over 2 months is not timely. Still nothing but a bill. I have been under a severe amount of stress over this.

      I'm sorry but I do not understand this. 

      Last I hear from the hospital is they told me I was told on the phone last March that I could be responsible for $ *******. That is a blatant lie. Anyone who knows me knows if I was told that I would have never gone in for a colonoscopy. I live by myself on S.S. for crying out loud. 

      I've talked with an attorney and have sent him all documents .

      Went in 8/31/21 and had the rest of my toenail removed and I was told that it would never grow back again that was a lie and now they want me to continue paying then the full price of the appointment when I never got what I was told the letter that Im including in this complaint is not the first time I made a complaint about this and what was said in this letter and what I was told is two different things
