This review is about Trig Technology Solutions.I was connected to TTS by Kaspersky. I've used Kaspersky for anti-viral protection. My protection failed March 24th. They referred me to someone whom I thought was Kaspersky, but was a guy named ***** with Trig. The good news was updating my drivers. The bad news was losing my computer audio. The process of updating the drivers, then trying to regain my audio was at least 18 hours over March 24th and 25th. A guy named ***** took over. That's when things became very suspicious. When he failed to restore my audio I demanded my money back. $139.99. He presented this impossibly convoluted path to do that. He gives me an Incident ID ******** Refund ID ********. These would never be used or referred to again. ***** says its going to Paypal. The full refund would be $149.99. When he types it in on remote control, the figure $1,499.99 comes up. I did not type that. He will say it can't just be cancelled. I have to get prepaid gift cards. They have my personal information. I did not get the gift cards. I settled it with Paypal myself with one phone call vs the 3 days of wasted time. This ***** is in ****. There was an exchange rate on my screen from ****. Trig is a lying company. Kaspersky contracts with them so they are also culpable. I've notified Kaspersky twice and twice they have failed to get back with me as of now. I've also settled my $139 refund with Paypal and did so in seconds.
