Purchased date Feb 17th transaction amount under ***** approx. ***** I have attempted to reach wicked sweet via 4 emails, 4 phone calls, and 5 times on ******** I explained that the baked items were NOT edible and we had to throw them in the trash.they were not what I ordered but then not edible.after the 13th attempt, they replied via ******** asking for details on April 10th I replied with info then they went vacant again ignoring my messages..Business response

The customer made an order for donut holes and cupcakes, which we fulfilled. The customer later emailed a complaint of the cupcakes being dry and requested a refund. We didn't initially see the email, and we've only ever received 2. At the same time we were leaving for a planned vacation and didn't respond to any business requests while gone- including our FB messages. After we returned home we were sick with *****, so we were still unresponsive. After we had recovered we responded to her messages and gave her a refund. To my knowledge, a phone call has never been placed to the shop, or if any have been placed, a message never left. We apologized for the long response time and gave her a refund on April 11th, the day after we responded to her FB messages.Customer response

Wicked Sweet refunded my acct. shortly after the file was made.
