            My son and I bought a manufacture home in ******** ****** on February 1, 2023. Viking Plumbing was hired to repiped the home for $5,200.00 which was done. Then we added install Kohler hi line Ada ****** elongated toilets for an additional charge of $1,200.00 to be installed after new flooring was put in by our contractor. However when it came time for Viking Plumbing to buy and install the two toilets we could not reach him. My son tried several times to contact them and his mailbox is always full. Our realtor has even tried contacting them since she recommended them. Finally we had to buy the toilets and have our contractor install them. We our out the $1,200.00 and would like to get our money back.

            Do not hire this company! Very unprofessional! *************************---owner does not reply very quickly to texts and basically just ignores you. I had his company install a new kitchen sink. I had no issuse with the installer but he was an hour-and-a-half late because ***** forgot to give him the parts he needed. I have been trying to get my invoice for the job which was done on October 17. I still do not have it and he does not respond to my texts regarding it. If I had known he was going to pull this I would have not paid him until I got the invoice or would have stopped payment on the check. I was referred to him by my realtor. I have informed her about what is happening so hopefuly she will not refer anyone else to him! I am not sure how he stays in business. I don't understand why it is so hard for him to send me the invoice. I like to keep them for my records. He has my email address so he doesn't have an excuse for not doing it. Not even sure if he is licensed!Do your self a favor and stay away from this company!!!! Incompetent people!!
