I eat at this drive through restaurant at least once a week. Normally they are pretty good about how they do business but last week on the 18th of May, 2023, I got home to find I had a sandwich with cheese added. I get the same sandwich every time and I never order cheese. I paid with a credit card and received a receipt for $12.35. Their receipts do not show the method of payment or the CC numbers, so I have a problem with that, but that is what they do. When I was online in my back the next day, I noticed a pending charge of $13.55. I did not know why then that the charge was more than my receipt read, so I waited to see if it would post at that amount, and yesterday, it did. I called and spoke to the evening manager, ****, and he researched it and found that they added a charge for the cheese. How can they charge more AFTER you leave the place with a receipt, I will never know!!! But in my mind, that is CC FRAUD. **** was polite and put a credit of $2.00 on my account for the next time I visit, but I don't think I will ever use any kind of card at that restaurant again.
