Purchased part was sent Sept. 1, 2022, the part was not compatible. Communicated with ******************* at ***** and the part was returned on the 14th & received on the 16th. At that time **** replied with an in store credit. Which did not want, on the ************** emailed that the funds would be returned to Chase. Twelve days have passed and no return. I would like the return to Chase. Normally it is only four or five days: if not immediately.RETURN PLEASE

To Whom It May ***************** (***'s Offroad) were unaware that this was a legit email that we had received. We had passed it off as Spam, and therefore did not respond to it. A few days later, we received a email from the ****** ********** of ******** in which we found that this was a real claim.

I have been in touch for ****************, and it has been agreed that there was a miscommunication between is an ***************, which has been resolved. I have attached proof of a refund being completed, and here is the email chain between myself and ****************. The email transactions are in BOLD. The most recent emails are at the top. Thank you.

Thanks for the response. Yes, we had received a email from the BBB, but honestly, we thought it was a scam, as we have never had one. Anyways, if you dont mind letting the *** that this has been resolved, it would be much appreciated. I have attached a Proof of Refund to this email as well.

    Thank you.

Thank you, my credit card was compromised; the facts;  that you and one other had access to the card data, not saying it was compromised by you. Also let the other seller know of the compromise. Did not write it well to the ***. Also notified the BBB, and you should have been contacted by their office, over two weeks ago. I regret this situation has occurred. When **** said it was done, I did not feel the need to contact you; I felt it was done. We are all capable of error. Thank you *****
On Mon, Oct 17, 2022 at 7:57 AM ***** - TOMS OFFROAD <************************************************************************; ******************************************************* morning. I am reaching out as I just received a email from the ****** *** regarding this return. I sure wish you would have reached out to me regarding the credit (since you and I had been chatting about it), as I honestly didn't even know it had been returned. I spoke with the gentleman that had received the return, and he advised to me that he had emailed you back and fourth regarding the credit, and we ended on giving you credit back to the card. It appears like there was a simple miscommunication regarding the credit between the guy whom you were emailing (****), and the guy that issues the actual credits, as it never happened I see.

I will personally take care of this today, and apologize about the confusion. This was not done on purpose in the least, just want to reassure you of that.

I am emailing the *** today, along with proof of the credit that I am providing. It will be in the amount of $243.06.

Also, in regards to the belief that we compromised your credit card, I am not quite following how we would have done that? Please advise if you would, and I will help out if I can.

    Thank you.

    Customer response

    Better Business Bureau:

*****************, thought that the BBB complaint was a scam and did respond to the BBB. The issue was resolved after contact was made through the ****** AG's office. Thank you BBB for your continued support. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Sincerely,

    ***************************
