Took my F-150 into Lithia **** in ***** for a LOF. Service advisor told me I needed a new battery and showed me the amp readings were low. The battery was 2 years old and under warranty. Took my F-150 to *** ****** the next day to have the battery tested and it showed an almost full-charge. Classic show of a dishonest employee trying to rip customer off. Never go back to ******************** again.

The Finance manager of sport city ****** In ****** is very dishonest. I bought a car from them back in Sept the amount they gave me for my trade in and the total I had to finance did not make sense at all. I was at the dealership until 10PM at night , finance manager did not want me to leave cuz she wanted me to get the car . When I got home the amount did not make sense at all she added 7000 add ons to my contract that was not discussed. I was going to the dealership everyday after work trying to get an explanation she keep lying to me telling me they cant be cancel and everything came with the car . If everything came with the car why did you list the car for that price ? one day I took off of work and went to the dealership and told them I was not going to leave till I speak with the ** so the certified sales manager came and spoke with me he was nice and agreed to cancel everything and send the money to the bank until now Im still waiting for some stuff to be cancel. I sent email no answer I called no answer and Lithia complaint Dpt dont answer the phone nor return calls . I spoke with them online thru chat and they are very rude . I'm not stopping till they send all the add on to the bank like they agreed to.

Very dishonest at lithia dodge medford. Sold me a 2024 car with low miles that was slightly used and after signing all the paperwork and paying in cash for the car I was given one fob key. When i asked where the other one was the sales *** said they only had one. Such keys cost nearly $500 and when I asked why this was not disclosed she had no excuse, except it's a used car. When I complained to the ** he said it is sold "as is" . When I said yes, but how can I see you only have one key as it is in the back room, he had no response. I have put some money for this car on my credit card and will put this money on dispute so they do not get paid until this is settled.

Ive had good and bad experiences with lithia *********. Recently I paid $200 for them to check my check engine light. It was new batteries needed. So the bill is $1,029 to put in new batteries. What? I checked. Theyre charging me $300 for a battery that I could buy for $175. They surely get it cheaper at resale. Charging $250 to put in new batteries. Gouging? I need a new mechanic. Really to put in new batteries?

Basically a bunch of scammers.I leaned a car from subaru and Hyundai. Once a year free service.. At the end of the 3 years my payments had brought down the amount owed quite a bit if I decided to buy. For example, I owned $32,000 on the Hyundai when I started and and about ****** when the lease was up. With ***** of ******* I owed about $21,500 after a big payment to bring the monthly down but after the lease is up, I will owe $22,500. Somehow after 3 years of payments I owe more than I started.I also have to service and pay for my own serive every 6 months.AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Very ********* company! Beware its a scam of what appears to be bait and switch!A saw a vehicle online and contacted ************* for information. I requested if the car was still available, if I could get pictures of any damage(scratches, dents, etc), if it was in a flood, it states one owner so I wanted to know if it was a leasing company because the information seemed deceiving based on the small information given on carfax history, if it had more than one key, etc just basic up front questions one would ask when interested in a vehicle.I was sent the list below before I could get any information:Copy of drivers license Insurance policy Certification approval letter from lender that is VIN specific $500 down payment Since when do you need finance information, down payment and a buyers offer before simple questions/pictures can be answered/sent? This is highly unethical/fraudulent behavior. I have never had to supply such personal information just to find out if a car was available! It sounded more like a bait and switch play.I was told this by supervisor *** in order for them to send me pictures of any damage or even tell me the car is still available they have to know: I cannot type a Buyers Order without the address and contact info NOR can I type one up without a down payment . ( If you are putting zero down with the lender, then let me know )At no point did I say, I wanted to purchase car! I was merely trying to get information to see if I wanted to move forward based on answers to question mainly is the car still available?

Lithia and their dealerships ARE big scammers they didn't respond to our calls or emails.I am extremely disappointed with my experience at *************** of ********* and feel compelled to share my story to warn others. I had an oil change service appointment last December, covered under my "Priorities for Life Rewards" program. However, what followed was a nightmare. In early March, my car's "check engine" light came on, and upon inspection, it was discovered that the oil drain plug was missing. The subsequent oil leak led to catastrophic engine failure and irreparable damage, necessitating the replacement of the entire engine. Shockingly, the diagnostics revealed that the check engine light had never come on before March 4, indicating that the issue arose after my dealership visit.I have spoken with the service manager and the dealership manager, but they all refused to help me. Despite clear evidence implicating their negligence, *************** of *********'s service department refused to acknowledge their mistake or take responsibility. Even my attempts to escalate the matter to the general manager, *******************************, proved futile as he, too, denied any fault on their part.Left with no other option, I had to seek repairs from a private mechanic, incurring significant expenses, including rental car fees. It is unacceptable that the dealership failed to honor its commitment to customer satisfaction, especially considering the "Lifetime Engine Loyalty Certificate" issued to me upon purchase.I hired an attorney for a demand letter to settle the cost I paid for car repair, which was $7300. However, the dealership offered me only $1000, and after receiving the offer, they raised it to $1500!!!!I rejected their offer and prepared a lawsuit, and we will see each other again in court.I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with *************** of *********.

Most despicable company I have ever dealt with. Spent a week working with them remotely to purchase a vehicle. We negotiated the price of the car, my trade in value and delivery date. The salesmen sent me a text confirming that his manager was all in and we had a deal. Then 10 minutes they tell me it was sold online, I spent all day going to local dealerships looking to test drive a similar model, and was very close to selling my own car. Why would they not secure the car for me? Why would they not tell me to secure the car while we negotiate I could put down a deposit? I am not out any money but, this was the car I wanted and this type of sales should be frowned upon.

Called several times with no response. If you have a 2016 Hyundai Elantra and are having an oil consumption issue DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO HYUNDAI OF *********************. Hyundai corporation had a class action to replace the faulty engine in 2016 Elantras. In our case the dealership test the engine and our car came up with the code for this issue. We filed a claim with Hyundai National Consumer Affairs and got denied. Not only did the engine need to be replaced ($10,000) because of the oil consumption issue it destroyed the catalytic converter ($3,500) which had to be replaced.
