1 starI have contacted this business many times regarding the unused service package on my new car. It was owned less than six months and I never used it. Once when I needed it I did try and I was told I couldnt use it at the dealership it had to be lithia owned auto shops!?! I never would have bought the service package from Lexus if I knew I couldnt use it at Lexus!!?I was told ** get a refund when I traded it in for another car. No one will talk to me at all here about it. I just get the run around.Review fromMarsha L

1 starMy husbands son left his car here to be worked on in October 2023. While the car was there the window had been broken out and the car was also stolen from this dealership. We found out from KY ************ the dealership released the $80,000 car to someone who was not an owner of the car. They did not ask for ID or any information from this person so we had the dealership report car as stolen. The car was recovered but the depreciation value went down to $40,000 since the car shows up as RECOVERED in the car fax. We have begged the dealership and its owners Lithia Motors and their legal department *********************** as it was the delearships fault the car was stolen. My husbands son left the car here because he was told part would not be in until January ****. On his way back to SC with his Father, ***** died instantly in a car wreck. My husband and I have been reaching out to ***************************** Operations Manager for help as we still owe for the car. To date we have not had anyone contact us to help us. We need help solving this situation!!!****** and ***********************Review fromKay B

1 starI researched what I thought I could about driveway. This company gives two names and Lithia is who handles most of the after process. To my surprise there are 42 reviews regarding Lithia. Please add driveway to the list. I should have followed the red flags ??. During the purchase process there were so many reps from driveway that were involved in the process. Got the vehicle transported to my home on 12/10 it said per the Carfax report/ Chevrolet app that there were no issues. Last night on the 10th day the car wouldnt start. I contacted the company and asked for a return since registration hasnt been completed. She told me I was outside my window of return by 3 days. Im like I dont want to keep a vehicle thats having issues before I even settle into it. She asked me not to jump to conclusions about whats going wrong with the vehicle. The nerve of her after only having a car for 10 days, how you tell a person how to feel. She told me to take it to a dealership as I have a 60 day warranty and send them the invoice. They dont cover towing and Im glad I took advantage of the trial on star service to cover the tow. I am so disappointed and disheartened because we were going to use the vehicle for a family travel trip to see my sister who lives 7 hours away. Worst mistake, dont buy from them or use driveway. Please add driveway to the list so I can warn people about this situation.Review fromNicholas M

1 starI would discourage doing business with *****************. I never experienced a more disrespectful and arrogant dealership, This dealer is NOT customer centric by any stretch of the imagination. The attitude of most employees is to do as little as possible. They clearly care about ONLY the sale and not after. I placed 3 calls in total. 2 were so horrible I question how these men have jobs. They completely lack the temperament and skill set.On call 2 When I asked why the inspection report neglected to state whether leaks were checked, ***** became irate and placed me on hold and then hung on me. I had to call him back and the conversation deteriorated further. I had to repeat my concerns several times. One would think he'd have the common sense to write them down.**** who I spoke with (4th call) was polite and did not cut me off like the others but clearly had no intention of going the extra mile. When I did not move forward, enter *********************. His text message:"Hello ********, this is *********************, the sales manager for ********************. I wanted to be certain that you had an exceptional sales experience and that all of your questions or concerns were addressed by ****. Please advise if there is anything I can do to assist in acquiring your next vehicle. I know you have choices, and I thank you for the opportunity to serve you. A courtesy text back would be greatly appreciated."*********************, abruptly cut off communication when I asked for a photo of roof panel and that sunroof functioned (common failure). So clearly empty rhetoric is the playbook here. If you're counting on integrityThink again! Disgraceful.Review fromAlejandra L

1 starBought a car from this location at an advertised price. Signed paperwork day one. A couple of weeks later got called in again to resign said paperwork because it wasnt finished. Asked continuously for a copy of paperwork signed since day 1, but got told by finance (***** was his name), that he still had to call other places to see if he could get us a better interest rate. Continued to ask for paperwork through the span of 45 days, went in person and called. Kept getting the run around that it would and was emailed. Never received anything in the email. Finally after taking the car to get serviced asked once more for paperwork at the receptionist desk and within a span of a few minutes she came out with the paperwork. Looked through the paperwork only to find out they had added 6k to the total we were sold the car for. Well never buy a car from here again. Honestly feel scammed because we could have gotten a newer vehicle for less.Review fromScott H

1 starWe have bought three new vehicles from Lithia of ******* over the last 8 years. **************** was ok, overall. We bought lifetime service as well. Trying to get any service at all, schedule service or find a human to talk to who isnt rude is impossible. Horrible service and a total disregard for their customers. This has been ongoing for years and all the feedback we have tried to provide has fallen on deaf ears. They will never be the company we purchase any products from in the future despite our desire to shop Local and our dedication to Dodge products.Review fromEl D

1 starWe are in the process of buying a car and there has been several issues. Dealership took off and scraped the plates on my trade before the sale was complete. These were specialty plates and I requested to have the plates returned to me whenever the deal was done. I asked them from day one to give them back. That never happened. I continued to keep asking. One person said they would have my plates in his office when I returned later in the week. Nope. Nowhere to be found. car we got on a trade and loan has been throwing codes since we drove it for a test drive, then more codes once we got it home. All the warning lights are on now. They assure us that the codes will not do this as soon as they get the stereo back in. Now plans changed to put an aftermarket stereo since they have not been able to get parts for the old stereo (which they have and we still have not seen or been in possession of) Waiting on Monday to get an appointment for that to happen. We are also figuring out today that the rim is bent and thats why we are losing air in one tire and they will need to now order a new rim (waiting on an appointment for that now too) The car should have never left the lot with the tire leak. We will have to air it up every day now until it is fixed. If we needed to use the spare we would couldnt because they didnt provide the lug locking key. They did offer to give us a loner until all is fixed, however, at this point they have not only lost my plates and the lug nut key to change the tire but also my trust. This is happening at a ************* location. Many people are having a bad experience with the sales and service department here. One of the technicians was even smoking next to the building in the shop area today. Whereas ****** law forbids. There are other things to put in this review but not enough characters remaining. If you want to get gaslighted and potentially lose personal time and money on your investments. Lithia has you covered.Review fromAnn C

1 starWe bought a car in March.2023. We had it 2 days and the check engine came on. They sent it to another dealership to be fixed. We got the car back and had it 4days, the check engine came on again. We have had this car back and forth several times. I have dealt with the manager of the dealership to no avail. They did want us to eat half of the balance to get another vehicle. I will NEVER do business here again!!Review fromDawn S

1 starI purchased a 2021 ***** Suburban RST Nov. 2020. I incorporated the price of a front bumper grill guard into the ticket price of the truck. At the time it was a fresh body style and so there was NO prototype available. So I had to wait. By the time it became available I was already in discussions of trading the Suburban in for a new vehicle since I put a good amount of miles on it (around ******). So I failed to go and have the grill guard installed and traded the Suburban in (with about ****** on it) for a new truck at the same dealership in ***** that I bought the Suburban from. Well I been calling and calling for some months now with regards to my refund and never could get any answers. So today I personally went to both locations to ask about this issue. The first place I went to said they never got paid for the bumper grill guard so I needed to go to the dealership. I went to the dealership and was informed that the 30 day time limit that was allotted has passed a long time ago. So they would not honor anything that has to do with a refund or rendering services. I also know a lot more dishonest sales practices that are going on at that dealership and I would highly recommend NOT purchasing anything from there. So now Im going to be sure I share my interactions with the dealership with as many people as I can so this doesnt happen to others. And just to leave a review I had to pick one star since zero stars was not an available optionReview fromNicholas S

1 starDo not buy a used car from this company. You will regret it their used inventory are junk cars. They'll offer a warranty good luck filing a claim if any mechanical issues come up. I unfortunately purchased a car from this company and boy do I regret it. Not only was the vehicle falling apart and I think they knew. Every time I'd bring the car in for a warranty claim I was told it wasn't covered even though it was. The stress was so bad that I developed pain in my chest and when I was finally started to feel better. I filed a complaint against the lithia I purchased the vehicle from. The manager actually had the gall to get mad at me. Nevermind the fact that I was out a substantial amount of money on a car I couldn't drive. I've got uber receipts to back up that claim. Do yourselves a favor don't buy cars from these guys
