sales team quoted me a price and then in the middle of the sale came at me with a figure that was $6000 more than the initial offer. I think it was because Im paying cash. Do not recommend.

This is the worst car issue Ive ever had with anyone including shops. I bought this car for way more than I shouldve because they were not upfront about the cost. Then they had me add rap protection that was supposed to cover everything including in another state. Just to find out that it doesnt cover anything that I need it to and that they wont guarantee cost in another state. And then when I tried to schedule southern Oregon and bring my car all the way back up for things that are brakes and windows getting stuck down very very important things safety issues they gave me the runaround its been almost a year now. I finally got a hold of the owner who reassured me that it would be dealt with and it still hasnt its been weeks since then. I asked him if Im not gonna be able to use the rap protection Do you please remove it. And they wont do that either so Im basically paying $1200 a year for absolutely nothing. This Subaru dealership is an absolute joke. I am embarrassed at Subaru for this. Its snowing and my windows are stuck down, then its sunny and my windows are stuck down its 122 my window is stuck down as Im going into a car wash. You would think they would understand these are safety issues but they do not seem to care. Nothing new I guess

Warranty is valid for covered repairs from any ASE certified mechanic anywhere in the ** or *******  Also is cancellable.  We have explained these things to the customer and provided her with another copy of the policy when she couldn't find original.  Customer purchased car from us brand new and has been servicing it elsewhere for the issues cited in this review.  We have never seen the car or customer since the purchase and have not been the dealer or shop involved in resolving her issues so not sure how we are "an absolute joke" or how we "do not seem to care".  Hopefully she can get resolution with the shop closer to her home she has been working with during this past year.  Customer lives some distance from us and has some challenges with communication by phone and email due to her location.

I leased a **** outback back in November of 2023. I go to DMV to pay for my registration and they tell me that I owe $4,000 I asked them how do I out $4,000 when I'm only leasing the vehicle. They said that's Subaru drop the ball basically and now I have to go and fix the problem. I do what Subaru tells me to do and I still have yet to get the paperwork that I need. This is all very frustrating. I purchased two vehicles from ******* Oregon before at ***** dealership as well as ****** dealership and I have never ran into so many problems. I still have yet to get my car registered and now I'm just not sure what to do. This has been such a headache and I'm just over the whole situation.

********** certainly doesn't make it easy and I can hear the customer's frustration.  They require a Statement of Fact from the finance company that carries the lease (Subaru Motors Finance in this case) as well as a ********** specific ***** of *************** This information is conveyed at time of purchase to our ********** customers entering into a lease and the additional steps need to be taken by the customer with their local DMV in California and the lender.  We have explained this again to ****** and the last time my General Sales Manager, ***********************, reached out to her it was his understanding that she had what she needed from these agencies.  If this is not the case, as seems to be indicated by this review, she is welcome to reach out to us for additional clarification and we are happy to assist as far as we are able.
