The Bunkhouse park, same property and owners as tHe bunkhouse restaurant and bunkhouse motel. **** ***** is owner and lives on site. They collected rent to hold a spot , was in hospital and needed a safe place when able to walk again. The Bunkhouse sold us an open spot in their trailer park section, they accepted rent for a 2-4 months, before notifying me that is was zoned as uninhabitable and was constantly shook/vibrated by nearby equipment. Owner said he doesnt tell the rest of staff about it. I was told its a stable longterm spot and told I could buy an rv, trailer, manufactured home to move onto the spot. Spent savings on the best longterm trailer i could find (during covid pandemic), had it delivered there. Asked owner if i should come in early to do the lease paperwork, he said no its easy and to do it when trailer delivered. He pulled a switcheroo with the lease, said he doesnt like to use the lease and application i was given and already paid for the application process, he withdrew that lease application and had me sign 4 or somother forms, some included illegal terms, most specifically "any written notice or complaint will be grounds for eviction" or something similar. .. They took money for what I was sold regarding the initial lease application i was given, wait untill home is transported, to say its on uninhabitle grounds, then switch out the paperwork! I was never given a lease or rental agreement, he did not provide copies of what i had to sign. months later after struggling with the constant shaking, i asked about it and how to stop it or move spots. I was met with hostility, insults and they gave me a notice to not use the laundry. This frightened and ahut me up, until a couple months later the uninhabitable spot was too much and I made a simple written request complaint, this was met with a 30 day eviction notice, this was also during the covid pandemic. I would not have spent my savings on a trailer if i was not mislead and lied to.
