I ordered my husbands wedding band with this company in July of 2023. Received early September. The ring chipped in October and I sent it back to them in November of 2023 to have it replaced (under warranty). I have reached out to the company over 10 times to get an update. In May of 2024 from the owner responded, telling me he was personally going to replace my ring. Since then, the company has refused to respond to me and has blocked me on their Instagram (bc I reached out there for an update 2 times) I feel like I am out of options and need to file a complaint. I would like them to refund my money as my husband no longer wants a ring from this company and how has made our nuptials and ring exchange a nightmare. I have proof of email correspondence if needed.
